Wunderschönes Häuschen für zwei Personen und Hund

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Am Wochenende bekamen wir ein frisch gebackenes Brot geschenkt. Die Lage war optimal. Alle Läden und Lokale gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen auch mit Hund und ohne Auto.

Porto Da Cruz und Umgebung

Die Location ist zentral im Ort gelegen mit kurzen Wegen. Man hat uns in den 2 Wochen am Wochenende mit Brot versorgt, welches vorzüglich geschmeckt hat! Im Ort gibt es nur einen kleinen Supermarkt. Größere Einkäufe haben wir in den umliegenden Orten getätigt. Man hatte im Urlaub sehr viel ruhe und konnte sich sehr gut erholen. Küche ist kleine Mahlzeiten perfekt. Große Kochaktionen eher nicht. Badezimmer war ok und da wir uns die meiste Zeit durch das perfekte Wetter draußen aufgehalten haben, war dies auch kein Problem. Ansonsten war das Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut! Schöne Grüße und bis bald!

Alles was man braucht vorhanden

Schönes Häuschen mit überdachter Terrasse. Die Unterkunft ist sauber. Auf größere Kochaktionen muss man verzichten. Dazu eignet sich die Küche nicht. Ansonsten ist aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Habe mich die Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Unterkunft durchaus empfehlen.

Gute Lage für Wanderungen

Das Ferienhaus ist als Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderunge gut gelegen. Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür und abgeschlossener Parkplatz für das Auto. Ausstattung Küche OK, wir waren aber meist im Ort Essen und nutzen diese nur für das Frühstück. Betten sind bequem. Alles sehr sauber. Warmes Wasser braucht immer ein wenig, ist aber verkraftbar.

Nice little house in a sweet village

Positives: Very clean. Great shower with lots of hot water. Secure off-street parking though backing out onto the main street can be a bit tricky. Porto da Cruz is a safe, walkable village with several nice restaurants to choose from. Local distillery nearby with free tours. Local bus stop right outside the front door. I would highly recommend the non-express bus to Funchal as a great way to view the countryside, though it can be a bit scary for those unfamiliar with the narrow, steep roads! Negatives: Strong, musty odor each time you enter the cottage, most likely from the proximity to the ocean. A small, portable dehumidifier would help. The stove that is listed is actually a 2-burner hot plate. You can only run 1 kitchen appliance at a time. There is a washing machine but no dryer. A clothes line in the porch would help. It would also be helpful to have a handrail on the stairway, especially for going downstairs to the bathroom at night.

D.ª Bernardette: Thank you very much for your opinion. Our house is located by the sea and taking into account the last rigorous winter, it is normal that it has humidity. I can by a dehumidifier for the winter, but if you used the salamander stove, the moisture problem was solved and it was very pleasant with the smell of fire wood. To dry clothes, there is a drying rack and it is not announced on the site a tumble dryer. The park is private and has a pre-entry following the gate. Obviously you need to be careful when you go out and pay attention to the cars that circulate on the road. The kitchen is equipped with a 2 plate stove, a microwave and an electric kettle. Only these three things can not be connected at the same time No oven is announced at the site. Never forget the ratio quality/price and that you have traveled to a quiet, but a rural Village Guadalupe

Un peu déçus par la propriété. Des chiens qui aboient jours et nuits. Matériel de cuisine très usé et parfois inutilisable. Terrasses un peu enfermées. Sinon propre et bonne literie.

Chers clients, je suis désolé de ne pas avoir aimé ma maison, parce que si vous lisez les commentaires, vous verriez que la grande majorité des clients précédents avaient aimé l'appartement. Les photos de la maison correspondent exactement à sa réalité et en regardant les images, l'un des jardins de la msison est très privé et a été agréable pour la plupart des clients précédents. L'équipement de cuisine est remplacé de 3 en 3 ans et sera entièrement rénové prochainement. En ce qui concerne les chiens des voisins, nous ne pouvons rien faire que parler avec leurs propriétaires et les faire prendre conscience de la gêne occasionnée. La maison a double vitrage et les clients ont la possibilité d'ouvrir la porte de la cour arrière en évitant ainsi le bruit des chiens. Le Porto da Cruz est un village très calme, mais peu évolué, dans lequel les gens sans instruction ont l'habitude de tenir les chiens. Toujours à votre disposition pour améliorer et contribuer à ce que tous les clients ont un agréable séjour Best regards Guadalupe

Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Ferienhaus ist so gut wie mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einem Haushalt braucht. Es ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr gute Betten, die sich im Obergeschoß befinden. Von dort aus gelangt man auf die Terrasse, wo man sogar eine Hängematte findet. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über den riesen Laib Brot, das am Sonntag an unserer Türe hing. Wir haben's genossen und sagen hier nochmals herzlichen Dank.

nettes Häuschen mit viel Draußen-Platz

Ein nettes Haus in guter Lage (3 Minuten zum Strand) mit Parkplatz in eigener Einfahrt. Das Tor zur Straße ist abschließbar, und auch die eigene Terasse hinter dem Haus ist rundherum "abgeschlossen". Das ist sehr praktisch, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist ;-) Auf den Straßen ist nicht viel Verkehr. Die Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet, lediglich die Kochplatten sind etwas schwach. Ansonsten gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Super nette und flexible Vermieter - vielen Dank!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in einem ruhigen Dorf

Ich habe die Woche in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Es ist sehr ruhig, man ist aber mit dem Auto schnell in etwas grösseren Städten (Machico, Funchal). In der Wohnung findet sich alles was man braucht. Schade war, dass der Swimmingpool im Dorf geschlossen (Winter?) war und ich das vorher nicht wusste. Alles in allem kann ich diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen ideal. Bushaltestelle und Parkplatz sind direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Handtücher, Geschirrtücher und Bettwäsche zum wechseln waren Vorhanden. Außerdem ist eine schöne Terrasse direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer mit Hängematte Tisch und Liegestühle. Ebenso sind Bügeleisen und Waschmaschine da. Für 2 Personen ist das Haus gut. Backwaren Bars und gute Restaurants sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Küche war nach unserem Geschmack etwas zu spartanisch eingerichtet. Aber da wir uns nur Frühstück richteten war auch das OK.

Schöne Unterkunft und gute Lage

Das Häuschen hat Charme, ich kann es als Unterkunft für einige Tage nur weiterempfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, sie brachten mir am Sonntag sogar noch frisches Brot vorbei. Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte super. In der Nacht kann es kühler werden, aber es hat extra eine Möglichkeit elektrisch zu heizen. Obrigado.

Situation idéale pour la visite du nord de Madeire

Petite maison confortable avec une terrasse très agréable Logement très propre avec tout le confort Propriétaires accueillants et chaleureux Porta da Cruz est un village très agréable avec de nombreux restaurants. Le nord de l'ile est sauvage et on peut y faire de très belles randonnées.

Feeling home

We can really recommend this location.We had a very warm welcome by the owners. The little house was well equipped with everything you need. Whenever we returned from our numerous Levada hikes it felt like coming home. If we came again I am sure I would take exactly this little house again. Many thanks to Guadalupe and Ricardo

Nice and cosy cottage

After a very warm welcome, i enjoyed my holiday in the cottage very much. The house has everything you need, is clean and comfortable. "Location bien adaptée pour un couple avec un enfant. Tout est prévu : draps, serviettes, torchons... Propre et mignon. Proche plage, piscine et commodités. Toutefois, proche arrêt de bus, carrefour et chiens qui aboient beaucoup même la nuit. La rançon à payer pour un prix très correct."
