A great family vacation!

This house was as advertised. A spacious, clean home with nice amenities. Location was perfect for beach access and shopping district. The owner was very responsive and helpful with check in. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Home

The home was in a great location near the beach, restaurants and shops. It was very clean and beautifully furnished. We had 16 people staying together and everyone enjoyed the private pool and and large kitchen that allowed all of us to gather together.

Perfect for a large group

20 plus adults in the house and plenty of room to gather for meals and hang out on five balconies, large pool or walk 15 yards to the gulf. Would rent again for sure

Perfect!

Although the weather this time of year (early September) is a bit sketchy, this property made it all better. I hosted our annual friends and family get-together at the beach and this place delivered! Perfect location, and great overall size and layout made it our best place yet!

Good Times

Wonderful property with room for large groups to spread out. Beach front was right across the street! Lyly, the property manager, was very easy to contact. All of our children’s families had a beautiful stay!

Family Thanksgiving

Our extended family spent Thanksgiving week in this lovely house. There was ample space for all couples and the bunk room for the kids was GREAT!!!! The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. The living/dining/kitchen space was absolutely perfect for our large group to congregate for games, food preparation and eating.

Close to Everything!

This house had all we needed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The location of the property is just perfect. Within walking distance to the beach, stores and restaurants. We are a group of friends & families from the Midwest that takes a vacation every January to escape the cold. I highly recommend this property!

Absolutely amazing!

My extended family stayed here for a week, and it was wonderful!! Very clean, sooo much space and the location couldn’t have been better! Mattie was great- very responsive to anything we needed or had questions on. When we return to SPI, I won’t stay anywhere else.
