Suite del Duomo is located on the 3th floor with lift in a gorgeous building in Via de’ Pecori 1, front the Duomo, over the main street where you can find all the luxury stores in Florence. It is a quiet and bright flat, and the location and the age of the building give you a charming atmosphere with very high standards.
The apartment (40sqm) has one bedroom and one bathroom and it can accomodate 4 people. As you enter, you will find: the living room with a pull out sofa (160 cm), the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom.
Suite del Duomo is provided with free internet Wi-Fi, Lcd TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave with grill, kettle, toaster, table sets, air conditioning, private heating, hairdryer, ironing facilities. The apartment has been redecorated and renewed in 2010, but the location and the age of the building give it a charming atmosphere in a very high standard comforts
The apartment overlooks over a courtyard but for the guests there is a wonderful terrace on 6th floor. The panoramic terrace front the Duomo offers one of the most beautiful views in the world.

You can’t beat the location. Perfect “home base” for exploring the city. Perfect size for a couple. If we come back to Florence we’ll definitely look to stay at Luca’s again!

Perfectly placed for all of Florence’s main sights, just steps from the Duomo. Check in is self check in with easy instructions. Initial communication with the owner was not great as no response through VRBO messaging so make sure to use WhatsApp. On going communication was mostly good although I did message once to ask about taxi service and never received a reply. Apartment is perfectly sized for 2-4 people and was clean and well stocked. There is a very functional elevator up to the apartment, I would suggest some more lighting out in the hallways though as it is very dark in the general apartment building. AC was gratefully received as it was very hot during our visit. Overall, a great first trip to Florence, would visit again and stay on this property.

Very attractive space footsteps away from the center of Florence. Small but very well appointed. There is a roof top terrace with an extraordinary view that we became aware of only on the very last morning. Too bad that wasn't included in the list of resources at the apartment. In all, a splendid little get away.

Everything was wonderful. It was within walking distance to all the major sites. Check-in was easy and the pictures described the apartment. You will need to reserve parking if you are driving and the in doing this was appreciated.

Luca was great throughout our stay. He was timely with replies and very clear on directions. As most of the reviews say, the location is what makes this apartment so nice. So convenient to everything. Bed was comfortable and in the US it would be called “queen size”. It is just as the pictures show. We loved our stay here and Florence is magical during the Christmas season!

The location of this VRBO is EVERYTHING! Stepping out to view the immense size and beauty of the duomo is unforgettable!!! We had a great stay: the walk to all the attractions was so easy, and coming home to a clean, beautiful, comfortable place was perfection! I can’t recommend enough!!!
