Properly was very comfortable and accessible by foot to all downtown locations. Aside from street noise due to location and no A/C (temperatures were very warm when we arrived), we were very happy with our stay.

Large and clean, plenty of room to spread out and comes with a view. Best part is it’s easy walking distance to the wharf and shops nearby. BBQ worked great and large kitchen a plus as well.

It was a perfect stay for my girlfriends and I. The house was just the right style, space and environment. The distance to coffee shops, morro bay rock and just your local shops it’s perfect and walking distance.

House was great had a great view. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pans.the house it self needed so attention the carpet needed to be cleaned, baseboards were very dirty, the shelfs needed to be dusted, the master bed needs to be replaced it was big dips . The place was great within walking distance to everything

Everything was as described in the listing. Home was comfortable and roomy. The location is great, with walking distance to downtown Morro Bay and easy access to the Embarcadero. Everything was great!
