Property was great and close to everything! The stairs were rough after long days of skiing, but this was a perfect setup for our family. It was more than spacious for our group of 9.

Prime Location

3 generations stayed in this very convenient townhome, where skiing and snowboarding, and even sledding were so close by. We enjoyed walking to Main St. for coffee, cookies, hot chocolate, pizza and a toy store. The views of the ski lifts and lights downtown were lovely. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

It was perfect for our family and we would stay again and recommend favorably. Suggestions to make even better would be cable TV, toilet downstairs needs to be fixed, difficult to adjust thermostats on upper level, dish draining rack and more kitchen towels.

Wonderful stay

We came up for spring break ski trip. Location was perfect for walking around town and for going out to dinner. Ski lift is a short walk away also so no need to shuttle or take car out to get to slopes . House was great - great room downstairs for my son and his friends . Plenty of kitchen items and towel and supplies provided for us . We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Awesome spring stay in Breck at this well-kept condo

My family had a wonderful time at this condo which was clean and well-appointed with all updated finishes, comfortable beds and multiple living spaces. The wifi was perfect too with plenty of speed for streaming on multiple tvs. We had no issues and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The location cannot be beat either. We will hopefully stay again. Thank you!

Perfect location

Large enough for two families with teenagers. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Everything was clean and there were lots of blankets. Garage is small as pointed out by others but we were able to park a Wagoneer in it with no problem. Beds are firm. We especially loved being close to the slopes, shops, restaurants, church and market. We never had to use our vehicles. It was a a great place to stay for our first visit to Breckenridge!

Great condo in Breckenridge!

Our family loved our holiday vacation here! The location is top-notch - one block off Main Street and less than a 10 min walk to the slopes. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and has a great layout for large groups of adults and children. We had a variety of ages, and appreciated that all the upstairs bedrooms had king size beds. The basement bunk room was perfect for the kids (a little cold at times even with the heat turned up, but there were plenty of blankets to keep warm so it was totally manageable). The hosts were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

Loved this home in Breckenridge for the size (4/4) and the location. So easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and slopes. The only issue we had was noisy neighbors late at night, but it was a Friday/Saturday during spring break, so to be expected. The neighbor said it's very quiet the other 50 weeks of the year. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here. With 3 levels, if you needed privacy. You could have it. Great location is what we loved the best. Walking distance to lifts, rentals, restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. If I could, I would trim the trees up for better views of mountains. That may be prohibited in Breckinridge. I highly recommend this property. You won’t regret it

Beautiful, newly renovated 3 story condo. The 4 bedroom & 4 full bathrooms worked great for our family. The teens loved the bunk beds on the bottom level. Location is perfect near ski lift and one block from main street!

Awesome place and close proximity to everything

My family and I stayed here a few days and we had a great experience from the moment we walked it. This place was clean, felt homey, and had plenty of space. This condo is within walking distance to many places in Breck. The owner was also really good at getting back to us about any questions we had. I would definitely book this place again in the future.

You can’t find a better location than this condo. Newly renovated with high end finishes and a large family room for all guests to be together. We have rented similar condos for years and this was the best yet!

Perfect location to the slopes, shopping, dining, and sledding. We stayed 5 nights over Christmas 2016 and we were 100% pleased with everything! We had 6 adults and 4 teen boys and everyone had their own bed. The house was perfect for us and there was plenty of room in the kitchen to cook and it was well stocked. It has a regular coffee pot and kruieg. There was plenty of towels for the stay and all the bedding was comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great Location

Super location within walking distance of lifts and all amenities. Parking is useful too as we were travelling in a large Lincoln Navigator to move our party around to a number of different ski locations in the area. Facilities were adequate and downstairs there is a great teen/kids den with 2 bunks.
