We had a very nice time at this location. Our Son was Graduating from App State and he lived off campus. We were minutes from his house and 15 minutes from App State. If you're looking to visit an App State Student, this is the place to stay. You get the mountain feeling and your just outside Boone. Another bonus is you are right next to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We took the Parkway up to Blowing rock and it was a beautiful ride. This place is perfect for a weekend away.

The place is super cozy. It's a mobile home in the countryside, so it has that feel to it, but it's clean and well kept. Front deck is great. Secluded but easy access to everything. Sweet country diner just down the road. The hosts are great. Easy going, quick feedback.
