Oceanfront VIP condo sleeps 6 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in bedroom 2 and two twins in bedroom 3. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Great location

We have stayed at Ocean One before, but this unit is our favorite so far. Very spacious and comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. We loved the outdoor storage closet for beach gear, and there were several beach chairs inside for guests to use.

Best Location on the Island

The property is incredibly located right in the middle of everything with beautiful ocean views. My young family of 5 enjoyed the pool and easy stroll to the beach and retail district. My wife and I spent every night on our patio overlooking the ocean and listening to the waves. We were also treated to a family of deer who grazed right below our condo every night. The only complaint is that the beds were not very comfortable and the furniture/condo decor is very dated, but with views and location as good as they offer it is nothing short of 5 stars. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great location

Great location! Condo had a great layout, view and was well stocked. The ONLY reason I am giving it an3 instead of 5 is because the beds were very uncomfortable. The frames were cheap and on rollers so they moved around(floors were luxury vinyl) when you turned in your sleep and bounced every time you or spouse rolled over. All beds had these frames. And the mattresses were poor quality. I don’t expect top of The line mattresses but these were thin and uncomfortable.

This unit is great for coffee time on our own balcony every morning, beach time (only steps away), walking paths, shopping and restaurants within walking distance, and the outlets just a short ride away. We arrived to a clean, well appointed condo. We had toilet-running issues that were quickly addressed by the management company. The only suggestion for the owners would be to freshen with new sheets. We will definitely consider this unit again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to Hilton Head for many years and have stayed at several different properties around town. The Coligny Circle area is one of our favorite parts of town, and this unit is literally about as close as you can get. Unit 319 is large and comfortable. Direct view of the ocean from the balcony. I'm a self-admitted "Condo-Rental Snob", so any critiques I have should be taken with a grain of salt (sand... ha ha ha). I think the unit would benefit from some new, non-cloth couch seating. Its starting to show its age. I would get rid of the feather stuffed pillows on the couch, because the feathers escape and get caught in the rug under the coffee table... making it apparent just how thorough (or not thorough) the pre-cleaning was. If it were my place, I would replace the rug under the coffee table. There were some small issues that needed to be handled, most notably the drywall / paint around the exhaust fan in the master bath. The Travertine tile is beautiful, but also visibly hides any sand that the vacuum / broom / mop may have missed. The outside storage closet across the hall was an unexpected bonus... great place to store all of your sandy beach items. A/C was rockin', kitchen was well-appointed. Overall a very nice 3BR/3BA unit. You won't be disappointed!
