Super clean and comfortable rental! On a quiet street but super convenient to anything you want to do in the Brevard area. Host was prompt and friendly with all communication and check-in/check-out process was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! Good location, very comfortable home. Would stay there again. Does need a little TLC. Deck and outside furniture needs a little help, and the windows were in need of a good cleaning. A second key would be helpful, too.But all in all, a great place!

We were very comfortable staying in this house. Beds were comfortable and we slept great. We had friends come over and we were able to make a scratch meal all together in the great kitchen. Turning on the fireplace in the evening was very cozy. Close to town made it easy to go pick up coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again if it’s available.

The location was fantastic. Truly a walk right to the main part of Brevard, and just around the corner from the rail trail that will take you to the hub.Massive kitchen with a large dining table, and a comfortable open living room. 4 Person covered hot tub, and a nice outdoor seating space. There is a grill, though being just two of us, we didn't bother cooking at the house. Easily sleeps 6. One caveat, if you are coming for cycling or mountain biking, the storage space in the laundry room is very tight for more than two bikes. My wife and I were able to hang two road bikes, and then awkwardly angle our three mountain bikes as well. We made it work, but just be aware if you're coming on a cycling trip with a larger group.

Great house in a great location. Super easy walk to town. The house itself was very clean and well kept. Interior is very modern and appears to be recently renovated. For a pet friendly house I was surprised at how clean it was.Fenced in back yard was great for the pups and the hot tub was great for the humans - especially after a long day biking and hiking in late November

Great location great place

House was as advertised or even better. Inside has been remodeled and looks really good and was neat and clean. We were in walking distance to downtown Brevard. The host were excellent. If we go back to Brevard I am sure we will stay there again
