Wonderful!

We felt very, very comfortable in Sandra's vacation home. It is incredibly well equipped and very well maintained and clean. The outside area is also really beautiful. We really liked the large terrace with comfortable seating. You can even see the sea from here. The outdoor shower was a real highlight for us. Showering with a view of the garden or the sea was simply wonderful for us city dwellers. We particularly liked the fact that we could walk to one of our favorite beaches. Sandra and her family were very welcoming and accommodating. I can't imagine a better host. Many thanks for everything!

Fall in love with Sardinia

From the first contact with Sandra and Gianfranco it was clear that we would have a wonderful vacation. Charming, professional, caring - everything you could wish for from a hostess. And more: a thousand thanks for the wonderful oranges and the brilliant jam :) The house is small and cozy with an excellent terrace with sea view, a beautiful garden with a great outdoor shower. The equipment is perfect, the way to the wonderful beaches of Costa Rei is super short at 5 minutes. The location is outside of Costa Rei, so you have peace and quiet and are not part of an apartment complex. A supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes by car and we can highly recommend the wonderful Trattoria da Gianni to all lovers of Sardinian cuisine. The drive to Sarrabus is a little longer, but if you like hiking, it's a must. The tour from Campu Omu to the Monte dei Sette Fratelli (starting point Caserma Forestale (Campu Omu)) is perfectly signposted and simply a dream for advanced hikers. And for those interested in history, the nuraghi and the giant tombs are a must anyway. But the Phoenicians, Khartans and Romans have also left their mark on this wonderful island. Perfect hosts, a wonderful house, the sea, brilliant food and plenty of alternatives for soft tourism as well as beach fun. We are in love with Sardinia.Thank you for this, dear Sandra and dear Ginafranco. See you soon!

Sehr netter Empfang und hilfreiche lokale Empfehlungen. Saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Tolle Terrasse und Aussendusche, mit bestem Blick zum Wasser. Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand, weiterer Fußweg zu flacher Badebucht am Scoglio di Peppino. Ruhige Lage am Ende einer kurzen Sackgasse.

Wunderschön!

Wir waren eine Woche Anfang Mai in Sandras gemütlichem, sehr gepflegten, stilvoll und liebevoll gestalteten Ferienhaus, mit tollem Garten und großer Terrasse mit Meerblick. Die Lage ist perfekt, um zu Fuß die wunderschönen Strände zu erkunden. Sandra und ihr Mann sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es hätte nicht schöner sein können! Es war eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem zauberhaften Ferienhaus. Die Gastgeberin Sandra begrüßte uns überaus freundlich und warmherzig. Ein tolles Ferienhaus

Das Haus von Sandra können wir empfehlen. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat einen schönen Garten mit einer Grillstelle und einer Aussendusche. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Von der grossen Terrasse kann man das Meer sehen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig Der Strand ist in nur 5min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Best house ever ....

Sehr schöner und angenehmer aufenthalt im haus von sandra. von allen bislang angemieteten objekten war dieses am besten ausgestattet und für 2 personen mit der terrasse und dem kl. garten sehr schön zu bewohnen. strand in 5 min zu fuss erreichbar, gute 400 m einkaufen mit auto bei Crai in 2 min, gut sortiert. gastgeber sehr freundlich und gute einweisung/übergabe. leider ab und zu etwas lärm von ferienanlage 300 m entf. , nicht jeden tag und endet meist schlag 00.00 uhr bei der hitze in der vergangenen woche wäre ein kleine AC zumindest im schlafzimmer sehr angenehm. gerne und sofort wieder, bereits im freundeskreis empfohlen. gerhard

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage am Meer

Das Ferienhaus von Sandra können wir jedem wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse kann man den Meerblick und die umliegende Natur genießen. Der wunderschöne lange Sandstrand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und reagiert bei Fragen sofort. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

An der Stelle vielen herzlichen Dank an Sandra, wir haben uns in Deiner kleinen Villa am wunderschönen Strand bei Costa Rei sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber und mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. Sandra ist sehr herzlich und zuverlässig. Das war eine schöne Zeit in Sardinien! Sehr sehr empfehlenswert!

Super Unterkunft.

Wir sind super von Vermieterin Sandra empfangen wurden. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und sie liegt auch ganz nah am wirklich tollen Strand (5 min. Gehweg). Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war jeden Tag echt toll, mit Blick aus Meer und Meeresrauschen. Danke Sandra

Perfekt: Ankommen und wohlfühlen

Ein sehr schönes, blitzsauberes, perfekt ausgestattetes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sandra denkt wirklich an alles, was Gästen einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt ermöglicht: Bettwäsche, Handtücher (sogar für den Strand), Spüli, Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs usw, alles da, was man braucht - was für vier Personen aber ziemlich viel Gepäck ausmachen würde oder was man in einem Urlaub nie verbrauchen würde. Vielen lieben Dank für alles, liebe Sandra!

Petite maison au calme et seulement à 3 minutes à pieds de la plage, tout confort intérieur et extérieur, Madame Sandra est très agréable et très gentille. Je recommande cette propriété.

La casa è in posizione molto comoda per raggiungere lo scoglio di Peppino, spiaggia con mare meraviglioso e adatto a famiglie con bambini, forniti e graditi ombrellone e seggioline da spiaggia. La veranda e la doccia esterna sono elementi molto apprezzabili della casa. Le forniture basilari sufficienti.

Bellissima!!

Casa bellissima, posizione ottima per il mare e per rilassarsi. Zona tranquilla. Si va al mare a piedi, lo scoglio di Peppino si raggiunge in qualche minuto. La casa è ventilata e si sta benissimo anche nei giorni più caldi, la possibilità di utilizzare la doccia esterna è una meraviglia. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliata .

Wir waren das erste mal auf Sardinien und sind begeistert. Die Vermieterin Sandra und ihr Mann sind mit uns zu ihrem Ferienhaus gefahren. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, praktisch, gut ausgestattet und hat eine fantastische Lage, wenn man Entspannung sucht. Der wunderschöne Strand ist fußläufiig (5 min) zu erreichen. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind ebenfalls sehr schön. Alles in allem ist die Lage, das Ferienhaus und die freundliche Vermieterin uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Anja und Mona

Traumurlaub

Wir können uns der der vorherigen Bewertung nur anschließen. Alles ist wie beschrieben und super sauber. DieWohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Es waren ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe, Handtücher vorhanden. Herd, Backofen alles neuwertig. Garten und Terrasse sind sehr gepflegt und nicht einsehbar, so das man ganz für sich ist. Die Aussendusche ist einfach toll. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, wir waren allerdings in der Cala Sinzias ( 5 Min. mit dem Auto), die uns noch besser gefiehl. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns gut umsorgt, besonders als mein Mann krank war. Es war ein rundrum gelungener Urlaub in einer perfekten Unterkunft. Ein Auto ist auf Sardinien zu empfehlen.

Un soggiorno davvero fantastico

La casa è davvero molto comoda, libera su tre lati, e molto ventilata. Da sfruttare al massimo la possibilità di fare la doccia nel giardino con vista sulla radura tipica di questa zona di Sardegna. La posizione è molto comoda per acquisti ed ovviamente per raggiungere il mare, a due minuti a piedi da casa. A 5 minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia di Monte Turnu e 10 da punta Molentis. Sandra e Gianfranco sono davvero gentilissimi, ci hanno guidato dall'aeroporto a casa e da casa all'aeroporto, ci hanno dato la possibilità di riconsegnare le chiavi in orario più comodo per sfruttare al massimo il tempo a nostra disposizion. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Sehr schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus. Strandnah und an keiner Straße gelegen. Große Terrasse und Garten. Ausstattung gemäß den Angaben. Man ist ganz für sich und kann den Urlaub genießen. Im Juni ist man fast alleine am nächstgelegenen Strand. Sehr klares Wasser und keine Algen. Sandra, die Vermieterin, ist immer nett und hilfsbereit. Ein Urlaub hier lohnt sich! Kleiner Tipp für Selbstversorger: Kauft am besten in "Euro Sin" in Villasimus ein...ist der günstigste Markt den wir in der Nähe finden konnten (ca. 15 km entfernt). Samstag morgens ist übrigens Markt in der Nähe der Kirche von Costa Rei (Richtung Norden).

Frau S. hat ihr Ferienhaus mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail perfekt ausgestattet. Es hat einen wunderschönen Garten, sehr gepflegt und hervorragend ausgestattet. Der gepflegte lange Sandstrand sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub und können das Haus ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen."

The best place for family

The place is wonderful to stay for a family. The owners are very hospitable, we could contact them whenever we needed some help or information. The house is cosy. We came with baby so baby crib, push chair, high chair where provided. There are some toys for children to play outside. The house is just some 300 m from the sea, the beach is perfect, so we could enjoy the water whenever we wanted. We even took a chance to use the stove outside to grill some food. Highly recommend the place for the families with children!

LOVELY PLACE

We went to Sardinia on 8th of September and stayed there 15 days. The owner met us in Cagliari and brought us right to his villa. It's was absolutely fantastic especially the garden and the lovely terrace. The villa was really clean and comfortable, sunny and cool. We had everything we needed. A big plus of this villa was the distance till the sea. It was really close to the beach – only 500 mt. - with white, clean sands and crystal clear water. The villa was really close to the city center, restaurants and different shops like fish shop or supermarket. We also enjoyed grilling meats or fish on grill at the villa in the garden. Splendido soggiorno

Casa spaziosa e confortevole, in posizione tranquilla, con terrazza coperta e perfettamente attrezzata, in cui trascorrono ore di relax in perfetta riservatezza e confort. Alla spiaggia distante 150m si arriva agevolmente, Posto macchina in garage di facile accesso accanto alla casa; pulizia della casa impeccabile, proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, hanno preparato per noi una splendida cena a tema, con grigliata di pesce! Per noi è stato un soggiorno perfetto (luglio 2014)
