Magnificent home in exceptionally quiet area with spectacular Maresme coast and Montseny mountain views.
Just 30 minutes from Barcelona and 20 minutes from Lloret de Mar, Blanes, Costa Brava.
Fully equipped, very comfortable and comfortable with typical building in the area of ​​Maresme and Costa Brava.
Beautiful garden with automatic irrigation, BBQ area and private pool with a large terrace with loungers and parasol. Barbecue area with large garden table.
The house consists of 3 double bedrooms and a suite with terrace and private bathroom.
