We visited this location in Cocoa Beach and enjoyed the location. Near the beach, stores, restaurants, and Bars! Pet-friendly! The Host welcomed us and we had a great time there.

What an amazing find! Located just across a quiet street from a public beach and steps from Ron Jon surf shop and Starbucks, you can’t beat the location, especially for the price! The unit was clean and the beds were comfy. The fenced in back yard was a bonus for our dog. Joe was a great host and we can’t wait to stay here again!!

We loved the spot.! Super close to everything. We literally walked every where. The beach access is right down the road.! Joe was great with communication and even let us check in early. Thanks for a great stay. We would stay again in a heart beat.!

Not as fancy as some expensive condos nearby but, was clean, had the amenities needed, walking distance to beach, shopping, bars, restaurants. For the price, was worth it. Check in was a phone call to Joe who is very nice and helpful.

This was a good location for coming to Cocoa Beach. We had parties to attend and this was conveniently located. Large space, beds were comfortable, rate was reasonable and the check in/checkout was simple. Joe the property manager was good to work with and made things easy.

We loved our trip to Cocoa Beach! The condo was very nice and the owners were so helpful with food and activity recommendations. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

This was a great property in a great location and perfect for a weekend beach getaway. My friends and our kids loved the location and the apartment was even better than the pictures. We live in Orlando and will definitely be staying here again.

Week at the Beach

I loved the location of the property. Close to restaurants, grocery store and most importantly the Beach. Had a few issues but Joe was great regarding them. The bedroom furniture was on the old side and not very comfortable but over all the accommodations were ok. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
