LOCATED IN PELICAN KEY, the most desirable location in ST MAARTEN.
One bedroom, one bath luxury condo. Sleeps 2. Living room has a large flatscreen tv with Netflix and UTube. High Speed Internet is also included.
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Also included is a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.
Just outside the condo is the beautiful beach side deck with pool and gazebo, the perfect setting for sunning, swimming and watching the boats go by. At dusk it’s a perfect place to watch beautiful sunsets. (Watch for the Green Flash). After sunset 🌅 the beautifully lit up Cruise ships 🚢 going by are spectacular!!
Just minutes away from our condos are many great restaurants, casinos, beach bars, a piano bar, and clubs to entertain you.

Paradise on the ocean. The hosts thought of everyone to make our vacation enjoyable. Every item from solid unbreakable glasses to enjoy at the pool made the home feel welcoming and comfortable. A beautiful welcome basket in the fridge after being stuck at the airport for hours was such a welcomed hello to the property. We woke up in the morning in search of coffee and an entire box of coffee pods were available. We strongly recommend this rental if you want to chill in St. Maarten.

Everything was perfect. Quiet, cool AC when needed, good communication with Denise and Wilma. Plenty of eating options, close to stores, great beaches and infinity pool was warm and clean. Will go back again.

Great location in Pelican Bay

My wife and I stayed in the apartment for a week. The apartment had everything we needed and more, including good quality keurig pods. We’ve spent some time on a patio chatting with friendly neighbors. The beach next to the building is beautiful, if was a. Easy walk or drive to various restaurants. Communication was easy, and managers were accommodating and attentive.rstaurants

Laat minute stay

Was lucky to find this unit available on short notice. Very nice unit on the beach (rocky beach) with nice patio and pool area. The unit was nicely appointed with all the necessary accouterments, a full kitchen, utensils,pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. Even had sharp knives,(I've never had sharp knives in a rental before!). Owner and local contact was easy to work with.

Great quiet place

This is a very recently renovated one bed condo near the restaurants and bars, but in a quiet area. It is well furnished with way more then you usually find in kitchen. In a small building with only 5 units that share the very nice pool/gazebo oceanfront space. The property manager, Wilma, is very nice and always available. I highly recommend this property if you just need a smaller space for 2 people. The only watch outs are the tv is internet based and the WiFi is really not fast enough to support it without constant buffering and this condo does not have any sort of a private outdoor space, although share spaces are great .

Great vacation

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The property was perfect in every way. Everything was so clean. The bed slept wonderful. The kitchen was very well stocked with all ur cooking needs.. The location was in walking distance to great restaurants n a beautiful view from the patio area. We had the opportunity to meet Tom the owner n his sweet wife which was the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend this nice unit. Will definitely be back. FYI Denise the property manager was excellent, n responded quickly anytime I had a question.

GREAT VACATION EXPERIENCE

My husband and I experienced 10 days in paradise when we had our first visit to St Maarten recently. We stayed in a wonderful one bedroom condo which is located right on the beach. We were put to sleep at night by the sound of the waves washing up on the shore. During the day we loved being able to sun on the large patio and swim in the pool. We watched sailboats, yachts, and cruise ships go by and the sunsets from the patio were breathtaking. The condo was fully furnished with everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Also a great location close to restaurants and casinos. We will definitely come back for another visit!

A wonderful beach-front condo on beatiful St. Maarten.

This condo and property are both very beautiful and perfectly located - with the ocean right at your feet. There's a small swimming pool with an adjoining smaller sitting/splash pool – and a very large patio area for relaxing and sunbathing. There are lots of beautiful foliage (palm and banana trees, with gorgeous flowering plants) to offer shade and visual interest. The living areas within the condo were very comfortable, clean, and with many comforts of home – suiting a couple or small family. The condo is conveniently located near many amenities, including very good restaurants, beaches, shopping, nightlife activities and the airport. During our stay, the owners were also vacationing nearby, and they were very hospitable and helpful with tips and directions – which added very positively to our stay. Thanks very much, Tom! We are now looking forward to our return visit very soon!

Great Location!

This is a great location right on the ocean. Nice pool area and parking. I was concerned about St Martin after the hurricane hit and whether to go or cancel. Simpson Bay Area is recovering at a very rapid rate. There are plenty of places to eat, the beach is still beautiful, Hollywood Casino is open and the attitude of the people is unbelievable considering all they have been through. We stayed in the studio which appeared to have no damage. There were a few issues which we expected that were resolved as soon as possible. Major renovations are being performed in these condos. If you travel there in the very near future please understand this island was hit and hit hard. Don't have your expectations be the same as before the hurricane. The island is recovering at a rapid rate and they rely heavily on tourist. Remember the water is still just as beautiful, most beaches are still the same, the food is great, the climate warm and the people are delightful. There are only a few places to stay on the island because many of the hotels were destroyed. Point Blue is one of a few. Everyone asked where we were staying because of the lack of availability. Do not hesitate to reserve at Point Blue. No crowds and you have the beach to yourself. I will say Orient Beach is gone. All the restaurants & shops are gone.

Very Nice

This is an amazing 1 bedroom condo in a great location with beautiful landscaping & ocean views. The kitchen is well stocked with everything necessary to prepare meals. The owner, Tom, was there during our stay & he was absolutely fantastic! The bedroom a/c was not working & he immediately called for it to be repaired.

7 Wonderful Days

Returned on May 25 from 7 wonderful days in Point Blue. This condo has everything you could ask for; kitchen has everyting you need, and so much space either the large kitchen/living space AND adjoining screened porch. Every room has its own bath, so privacy is assured if you're traveling with other couples or teenagers. Great place for families. Master bedroom has sliders directly out to the sun porch, which directly overlooks pool and sea. Small sandy beach accessible from pool deck; beach gets wider after a short walk. Off-street Parking is right outside the entrance. Perfect for timeshare folks looking to extend their stay. We'll see you again the next time we are in St. Maarten.

Quiet condo with beautiful ocean views - only steps from the beach.

We stayed there 11/16-11/27/2018. This is a very well appointed condo in a smaller complex with everything you would ever need in the kitchen. We really appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit and the available parking. There is a small pool and jacuzzi, but we did not use them because we spent our time at the beach. This is very close to Hollywood Casino and several great restaurants and beaches are literally a few steps away. It is an easy drive to the Phillipsburg or Maho areas - a little further to the French side. We enjoyed watching the cruise ship go by daily and the sunsets were amazingly gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable, and there were no issues with wifi or TV reception. Everything was perfect!

Another great holiday at Point Blue!

This was our second holiday at Point Blue, and hopefully not our last. The location is perfect for our needs. As always Tom and Joanne were helpful and accommodating - generally all round great hosts. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the patio as the cruise ships passed by. And sipped wine as they headed back out into the setting sun when evening fell...a lovely two weeks of relaxation. The unit is well appointed and clean. Loved having a washer and dryer. We were able to manage with one bag for our two week stay, and so saved on bag checking fees. Something to consider. Wilma, the manager, was helpful and available when needed. We had good communication from Denise in advance of our trip. Everyone involved with the rental is very professional, but they also have a personal touch we very much appreciate. Thanks!

Right on the ocean

This is right on the ocean. It sits on a quiet street and is very peaceful. St. Marteen is very hilly, what a surprise, so rent a car. The owners were great. Did anything to help make the stay enjoyable.

heaven on earth paradise!!!!

if you want to wake to the sound of the ocean waves and watch stunning sunsets here is the spot. Tom and Joann welcome you to paradise. Loved our stay, they went over and above. the pool is awesome and the villa was perfect. a true home away from home. Close to everything you need. you will just get lost sitting at the waters edge watching the boats go by. Denise was very helpful with all your planning for your stay. thanks again to all we have made great new friends we will be back.

Great Oceanfront Condo

We spent a month at Point Blue from mid August to mid September and loved it. The one bedroom unit was very clean, comfortable, attractive and well provisioned. The view was to the south, and on clear days, the island of Saba could be seen in the distance as well as the many cruise ships visiting and leaving St Maarten. The Point Blue complex was mostly empty during our stay so we had the beautiful pool and patio area to ourselves most all of the time. The beach outside the unit is rocky but there are some areas to swim in the ocean if you like. Customer service was excellent. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Our recent trip to St Maarten was fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our beachfront accommodations in this charmingly decorated unit. Which offered every amenity a traveler would expect. In addition to a charming one bedroom unit there is a large patio, pool and beach just steps away. It's located within walking distance to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The unit also includes a kitchen with cooking and flatware utensils and full size washer and dryer. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the patio and lovely walks on the beach. With all it offers this unit is a rare find.

Wonderful Ocean View of Cruise Ships, Sailboats and Yachts

My husband and I visited a few weeks ago and loved this condo. The location was fantastic for us, very quiet, but near everything, including many great restaurants and a convenient grocery store. We loved having both the beach for walks and the pool for swimming both right on the property. Tom the upstairs neighbor and owner was very helpful in providing suggestions for dining and other places to visit including the butterfly farm and various beaches. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans utensils etc, and the bed was comfortable. I also really liked having a washer & dryer available to use. The only negative thing I could say is that usually these types of rentals keep a few a basic spices/herbs on hand and there was nothing, including no salt or pepper (although we left some). Denise, the property manager, was very efficient at responding to every question we had both prior to, and after booking. In summary this rental was a very positive experience.
