Beautiful, cozy and modern condo with the best location in San Juan and with the best value. It offers ocean view. It is fully furniture with stainless steel appliances, high speed internet, Smart TV, air conditioned, a fully equipped kitchen, and two queen side beds. I provide the basic like clean towels and linens, soap shampoo, etcetera.

Daily, weekly and monthly rates are available. There are great discount for weekly and monthly rentals.

The condo is beautiful, modern, clean and safe. It is the best value in the area when compare amenities, features, location and costs. It has two queen size beds. It has a full size kitchen not found in similar apartments in the area. It has a full size bathroom and a veranda to enjoy outside fresh air. It has a central air conditioning and modern lighting. The list of amenities include air conditioning, high speed internet, wireless internet, flat panel high definition LCD TV, Cable TV, Netflix and other streaming services, a full size equipped kitchen and a big swimming pool with view to the lagoon.
There is a Laundromat in the building if you need to do some laundry. But I provide clean bath towers, hand towers, beach towers and clean linens. I provide hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows covers for your ease of mind.

There is a lot of natural light in the condo. The ocean breeze is spectacular. There is no need for air condition but there are air conditioners in every room.

Bedrooms
The condo has two small bedrooms with a queen size bed in each bedroom. All the beds are updated and very comfortable with memory foam mattresses.

Living-room
There is a dining table and a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and other APPs. Also a Roku device with many streaming APPS. There is a high speed internet service. It also offer comfortable sitting.

Kitchen
The kitchen is full size with updated appliances and no just a kitchenette as other condo in the area. The bathroom is beautiful and modern.

Terrace
The condo has a small terrace with obstructed views to the ocean and to the Condado strip (Ashford Avenue). There is seating in the outside to enjoy the view and to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a cocktail during the afternoon.

Other Amenities
There is a Laundromat within the condo if you need to do some laundry. The condo has elevator and a beautiful swimming pool. All areas are secured with 24/7 security cameras. Parking is really an issue or a nightmare in the area. But there is a parking available within the condo.

Note: Swimming pool will be closed between April 6th -May 8th for remodeling.

Amazing Location

The unit is very functional and cozy. The location is amazing with incredible dining places all around. We used the parking one day. It is tight and I do not recommend large vehicles, but it is great to have a parking spot in this location.

Perfect location & excellent host

This location is close to beaches, shopping & old San Juan, and the unit was a perfect size for our small family group. The host was amazing and responsive. The building had some sort of electric problem during our stay and the host worked immediately to make sure the impact to us was minimal. We would definitely stay here again if we are fortunate enough to travel to Puerto Rico in the future!

It was less than I expected, but it was comfortable. The view was ok but limited.

The view to the back was tropical. ...with the pool and a water inlet. The kitchen was small but functional, we had no hot water to sink to sanitizer the dishes we washed. Everything around the area was close and nice restaurants, bars, beach ,casino, but we went for a wedding and all family was 7 kilometers away. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Thanks for the review.The hot water in the kitchen was turn off due to a leak to the neighbor apartment. The leak issue was identified and the problem was resolved, Now the are hot water in the kitchen as well as the other part of the apartment.The guests did not comment on why it was below their expectations. But previous guests had enjoyed it and previous guests had agreed the apartment is as described in the posting. Some guests had booked for a second visit even for a whole month.

Excellent location

Our family (2 adults & 2 boys) really enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. It was compact but comfortable and clean. Fully stocked, our husband and I even cooked dinner a couple of times and they also provided shampoo and conditioner, and towels for use. The location is great, 5min walk to Playita de Condado in one direction and 5min walk to Condado beach and lots of restaurants on the opposite direction. Do note, as expected Saturday night you can hear some of the party scene at the condo, party goers walking on the side walk and cars driving with loud music. Sunday and Monday night, the noise level was more of what’s expected in city living. We enjoyed our stay.

Buena ubicacion

La situación del apartamento es estupenda, al lado de los hoteles y playas e Condado. Como punto de mejora, tanto al edificio (ventanas, terraza) como al mobiliario le vendría muy bien una renovación. La calle es ruidosa, por el paso de vehículos con la música a tope, pero eso no es cuestión del alojamiento en sí!

New Years in the Condado

We didn’t know what to expect with the condo but we were pleased with the outcome. The condo was clean, cozy, and right in the heart of the Condado. The best part with the beach literally across the street, shops and places to eat all within walking distance. The only downside was the noise at night. My only complaint was the lack of clean sheets and towels changed daily, otherwise it was a good place for a good price.

Great location

Had a great stay in this nice condo in a great location. Very close to Old San Juan and vicinity. Walking distance to all Condado attractions. Very secure, pool and private parking is a plus. If you are looking for 5 star accommodations there are plenty nearby but you will pay three times as much. Can't beat the price for a two bedroom condo in this location.

Fantastic apartment and location

We loved this apartment and the location was absolutely perfect. The apartment was smaller than the pictures looked but still great place. Ray didn’t bother us but let us know via email that if we needed him he would be available. The apartment was supplied with everything you needed even cooking oil, shaving cream, sun screen. Balcony was ok very small but nice to have one. We did loose 1 set of keys and knew we were going to have to pay for them. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo was well supplied with towels, dishes staples in the kitchen, etc. We experienced a little problem with small red bugs that looked like ants. Not a lot but some were seen. The beds were very comfortable, and inside the condo was very clean. The balcony was a bit grimy; could have used a paint job. The outside hallways were well kept although the elevator had a slight odor at time. The pool was clean and skimmed regularly. The owner was responsive to our concerns and that was greatly appreciated. There were lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance of the property. The owner included information about stores, restaurants etc in the packet he sent and the information was very helpful. The beach was conveniently located as was a lovely park. We tried several of the restaurants in the area and were pleased with the service as well as the food. Staff at the various places we went were friendly and helpful in terms of sharing information about places to see in the San Juan area. I would recommend this property as a reasonably priced alternative to an expensive hotel.

I would definitely stay again!

The condo was in a great location with excellent access to the beach and lagoon. We had a rental car and were able to park free onsite. The building was quite secure. We had a few minor issues with the owner but they were resolved within a day. WiFi and cable/TV connectivity was excellent. Everyone we worked with was very friendly. I must comment on the quality of the beds and bedding/pillows. It was hard to get out of bed! Air conditioning worked well and created just the white noise to drown out the street sounds. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. Great place to stay! As I said, we would stay again!!

Very good place to stay

This place is close to the beach in the Condado Area, and it is close to restaurants, and is in a good neighborhood. Almost all that you could ask for. We were two senior couples sharing this two bedroom place. There was room for all of us plus two more adults who visited us. I would give this 5 stars if the bedrooms and the eating area were just a little bid bigger. It was clean.The owner gave us good instructions; and the Home Away App is very good for sending last minute instructions with good information to back up the info. that we got in advance. The kitchen area, although small has good refrigerator, microwave and stove. It has an ample amount of dishes and tableware. The coffee that the owner provided was great for getting off to the right start on the first morning. There was almost enough coffee for our four day stay. The plumbing all worked well, the water was hot, and it is a safe place to stay. It is a $15 dollar cab ride to Old Town, the forts, and the cruise terminal, in fact it is about half way between the airport and Old San Juan. Yes, I would recommend it to relatives and friends. This property is accurately described. We had a small mishap upon arrival, but the owner clarified it quickly even though it was 1:00 A.M., so his customer service is good. It had three small air conditioners which did the job well. The parking lot is completely secure. This is a very good alternative to a hotel stay because you are able to interact better with the friends or relatives you are traveling with. Have a great Stay!
