This lovely terraced cottage in Windermere sleeps six people in three bedrooms.
Fisher's Retreat is a delightful terraced cottage in Windermere. This cottage sleeps six people and has three bedrooms, consisting of a ground floor king-size double, a ground floor double and a first floor twin. The cottage also has on the lower ground floor a kitchen, a dining room with gas fire and a sitting room, along with a ground floor bathroom and a lower ground floor shower room. Parking is at a charge, although there is now a parking permit at the property for your use during your stay but please be sure to leave this in the property upon your departure there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture. Fisher's Retreat is a convenient base all year round.
Note: One well-behaved dog welcome at a charge of £12 per stay.
Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Parking on Brook Street at a charge although there is now a parking permit which must be left in the property upon departure. Enclosed courtyard with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome at a additional cost of £12. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Twin bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase, not suitable for young children or those with limited mobility. Please note: This property only accepts a minimum stay of 3 nights. Please note: This property only accepts any week long booking to commence on a Friday. Note: WiFi can be intermittent. Note: There are no parking restrictions between 9pm and 6am.

Nearby is Grizedale Forest Park which offers good walks, mountain biking and the 'Go Ape' adventure playground, whilst for those who aren't keen on 'monkeying around' the National Trust care for a number of properties in the area. Children may enjoy a visit the "World of Beatrix Potter" in Bowness, which brings famous characters to life using animatronic technology.
