This is a great little cottage, we have enjoyed it ever time we've stayed there. The hosts run a local kayak rental place, be sure to check it out!

The cottage was nice and clean . There's a couple things that bothered me and one was the front door. Second was a lumpy bed and there was a few more gnats then I liked. It was a beautiful location and close to sites and things to do.

Online pictures made cabin look like it was on the river. No body wash in bath, no hairdryer. Property listing promised a free kayak rental with reservation; did not mention that kayak rental vendor was closed after Labor day. Property was littered, whole place needed cleaned up. Cabin was clean but very sparse. It's so small that I had to put 2nd suitcase on the floor. Couch springs are gone! Sank to the floor! Price was reasonable, not much room for 2 people.

Only thing that bummed us out was that there were no darts for the dart board, I was excited for that. Otherwise day 1 we didn't have water but they worked with us and allowed us to shower, then fixed it the next day. Absolutely amazing spot and loved the views

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. The location was very quiet and extremely peaceful. The Au Train river was beautiful and perfect for kayaking. We would definitely consider staying again.

This was a very cute little cottage- just as described. Cottage was very clean and our host was super helpful! We were there celebrating our 40th Anniversary, this suited us perfectly. We would stay here again.

The cabin is small, but efficiently arranged with everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the hot water in the shower is amazing! And the neighborhood is quiet and scenic, just a short drive to numerous restaurants and things to do!

A Quiet Escape

My partner and I took our dog up to Au Train for the weekend, this cabin was reasonably priced, small and cute, and honestly it was quite pleasantly an unbothered experience. Location is super great for all of the scenic trails and overlooks.

Cedar Cabin

Location was perfect to launch our watercraft and float the Au Train River and take out less than a mile hike from the cabin. Small cozy cabin perfect for two persons.
