One of the most premier Lighthouse two bedrooms. Don't miss the chance to stay in this beautifully remodeled property in Lighthouse Regime 1, with a gorgeous on site pool. Pet friendly, yet immaculately clean and open, you'll enjoy the natural light from the pretty sunroom overlooking the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course, remodeled kitchen and baths, convenient built-ins and workdesk, and expanded sleeping options with a queen and twin in the guest room. There are TV's in all bedrooms and the living room, high speed WIFI, a propane grill, beach wagon, and all just a five minute walk from the Sea Pines Beach Club.

As with all our villas enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a couple of free bikes for exploring the miles of trails through Sea Pines, free clay court tennis at South Beach, half price pickle ball from one of the most central locations in the resort. From beach accessories to a modest video library, this villa provides all the amenities you need to maximize your vacation/getaway. Please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

Check in is a breeze as we mail your door code and vehicle pass ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need for a stop at security. Just park in front and head for the sand!

Perfect stay!

Jessica makes check in a breeze. Instructions are clear. WiFi is excellent. Unfortunately we had to work during our trip so the WiFi was very important. The place was spotless and comfortable. We had everything we needed for the trip. Loved having the bikes and games. The bed was so comfortable.

Spacious villa in a great location

An ideal vacation villa for 2-3 people, as well as pet friendly. A fresh coat of paint and a fix of the bedroom door that won’t stay latched would help, but I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

This review is both surprising and disappointing. #2 Lighthouse is one of the more updated properties there is. Everything in the villa, the kitchen, baths, beds and furniture, has all been replaced or updated in the past 3 years. Perhaps just not the taste of this guest. Deep cleaning is done twice a year and we will share this with the cleaning company so that we can get on the fall schedule right away.

My wife and I had a great stay in Sea Pines! The condo was in a great location...the #10 tee of Atlantic Dunes is right out the back door! The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It is also a short bike ride to the beach and Harbour Town. We had a couple small issues after we checked in and the owner was very responsive to our text and had everything resolved by the next morning! We will definitley be back!!!

Close to the beach club

Very clean. Great floor plan. Lots of space. Covered all the bases. They thought of nearly everything when equipping this unit. It’s 10 minutes walking, 3 minutes biking time to beach club for beach access. Close to everything in Sea Pines. Right on #10 tee box of Atlantic Dunes golf course. Hands down better than last years accommodations. Would definitely book again.

Clean and well stocked

Villa was nice and pet friendly. Had all necessary amenities and location was great. Close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately, there was work being done on the roof that we were not made aware of so a lot of hammering which was really unfortunate. When I reached out to the host on day two to ask how long this would be going on for and he was pretty rude...said he didn't know who I was, didn't know about the roof work until the day it started, and told me he would have to look into it and get back to me. We never heard another word...had to go out and find out from the contractor how long the roof work was going to take place for. It was a very unfortunate situation. A little communication would have gone a long way because otherwise was a nice stay.

Great Place to Enjoy with family and Dog

Good unit in a great location. Great communication throughout the process made it very simple to get in and out of the unit. Owner was very friendly and easy to talk with throughout. The unit is pretty well kept up. The furniture and amenities will soon need to be refreshed, but no problem right now. I like to have my VRBO's a little better stocked with "basics" like kitchen spices, and coffee/tea, shampoo, soap, TP, paper towels, laundry soap,etc. They had some of this, but a bit more would make a nicer experience. Needed to be out of the unit by 9am which is a bit early, especially when they ask to strip the beds, start the laundry, put dishes in dishwasher and simple clean up. But, these all take time in the morning...and of course we pay for a cleaner. Again, not a big deal, but just a comment worth noting. Overall it was very enjoyable and i would recommend the unit to others. Just some simple fine tuning could make it an even better experience. Thanks for letting us rent your nice home.

Great location but not what we expected...

This was a last minute booking - 48 hours prior to checking in, with that being said I did have some concerns with the reservation/accommodation. After booking, I was told by Jessica (property manager) that the Sea Pines weekly parking pass would need to be purchased at gate ($20) because of the late booking. It occurred to me during our stay that I could/should have been offered the option of purchasing a day pass ($8) on our arrival day and management or housekeeping could have dropped off the weekly pass at our condo the next day or we could have picked up at their office. When I mentioned to Jessica at check out, I was told that could have worked and next time, if I booked again, they would accommodate that request. On our arrival day, I had to reach out to Jessica as the check in time for the condo was 4PM and at 4:40PM I still had not received the access code. I did question Jessica about the description of the property on VRBO as it states that the condo has had a "total remodel" when in fact both bathrooms have not been remodeled. Jessica confirmed they have not been remodeled but the owners do have plans to renovate them. I have gone back on VRBO to see if the condo description has been updated to reflect the true condition of the condo since we checked out but it has not, which is disappointing. Bottom line... the location is wonderful but next time we will book elsewhere.

Birthday long weekend

We had a lovely stay at unit 2 Lighthouse Rd. Plenty of room to spread out and well stocked kitchen for making breakfast ans afternoon snacks. Loved that bikes were included with the rental and enjoyed exploring Sea Pines and the beach. Had to reach out to the property manager once with a question and she was very prompt with a response. Many thanks for a great long weekend away.

The photos for this villa do not do it justice. The unit is beautifully decorated and comes with everything you can you can think of. The location to the Beach Club and the beach is so convenient. The best part is the semi-private pool that is just a few steps away. Jessica was so easy to work with. We will be back.

Great location, pool, everything We Needed for a fantastic week!

The location is perfect… Loved staying in Sea Pines with just a short, mostly shaded walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, never heard our neighbors, and we loved having beach towels, bikes, beach chairs accessible for use. Also having a full sized washer/dryer was awesome! There were a few issues that came up that Jessica was very quick to take care of. Very pleasant to work with. Having the semi private pool was one of our main reasons for choosing this place and it did not disappoint. The only thing I would change is to add a pool skimmer for guests to use in between cleanings.

Wish I LIVED there

We had the most amazing time. It was just the two of us and the dog and it was perfect. It was walking distance to the beach and beach club. The villa had everything we needed and then some. Now, I'm pretty sure we have to buy bikes when we get home!

10 days at the beach

We had a great time at 2 Lighthouse Road. The condo had everything we needed. Any issues we had were handled straight away by Jessica. We would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a relaxing place to stay while visiting Sea Pines.
