Such a lovely apartment right in the hub of all the amazing Roman sites! Hosts were very accommodating of delays to our travel plans due to flight cancellations and rescheduling our key pickup. Also they helped arrange a car for transportation from the airport to the apartment. FYI, the apartment is in the 4th floor (lots of stairs). There is an elevator but it only fits maybe 2 people squeezing. Beds were comfortable, and the extra bathroom with laundry upstairs was an added perk.

We enjoyed the location. The location is center to just about everything. The only draw back was a one person elevator up to the fourth floor the stairs work very well.

Walking in Rome

The location was fantasic. We walked to the Coliseum, the Vatican, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain. Restaurants and Gelato stands were everwhere around the building.

Fabulous location

This apartment had everything we needed including a small elevator to get our luggage to the top floor. Very nicely located to all the major attractions and fantastic restaurants. They provided an excellent guide to the rental and the surrounding opportunities. The host met us at the door, explained how everything worked and answered our questions. Exceeded our expectations.

Great location!

This was perfect spot for a family of 5 with plenty of space for everyone comfortably. This was home base for a 2 day stay and was in walking distance for ALL the sites. We also discovered several great restaurants within 10 minutes walk. This is not a place for you if you want a quiet or relaxing spot. The noise from the street and nearby businesses starts at 6:30am and loud music from downstairs going until after 2am. For our purposes, this was not a problem as we were up early on our way to the next site and stayed out late enjoying amazing food. The property manager was great with excellent communication. I would not hesitate to stay here again

Superb location. Well worth it. Unfortunately washer was broken and solution would have meant to waste half day at laundromat. Air con could have been better and coffee machine did work either.

Great location and very helpful owners

The apartment is in a wonderful location to explore the city center of Rome and within a reasonable walk of the Vatican and Trastevere. The transfer from FCO, check in and communication throughout our stay was excellent. The apartment is in a charming building dating to the 1700’s but is nicely updated. There is a very small (2 person max) lift and air conditioning g which is very nice. The apartment could use a bit up sprucing up in terms of a deep cleaning and maybe a coat of paint, but overall I would definitely recommend this place because of the wonderful location and helpfulness of the staff.

Central, but noisy!

In our opinion, you would be better off lookjng for something, anything,off of this very noisy main street. It never stops. From the traffic, to the recycling and delivery trucks, to the non stop flow of loud motors, mopeds and trucks. At night yiu can throw in the drunken revellers who seem to sit outside this building. All is very audible from every room! Considering how expensive this place is to rent, I am certain there is better locations on much quieter atreets! For aure!!!

Perfect location

Absolutely perfect location. Easy to walk to most places in Rome, or taxi pickup close by. A bit noisy but that is expected being close to the piazza. We loved waking up and waking in Piazza Navona after getting pastries downstairs. Some things to note: you will tire from the stairs and elevator only fits two people. Great if you are small group, not if you are large group, so be aware. Washing machine works but we didn’t have any instructions so found it hard to use. Air conditioning works well. Plenty of room and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Netflix on the tv. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Navona Square stay

The apartment is in an excellent location to explore Rome. It was clean and the property manager was excellent in communication. A couple areas that could use attention are the kitchen and the sofa bed. The kitchen was said to be well stocked, however, there were only three utensils for cooking. The wine opener is broken and the refrigerator did not cool, the freezer works, but not the fridge. Also, the sofa is dirty and has some stains on it making us not wanting to sit on it. Overall, I would stay here again, but I would hope that the owner would make the kitchen more useable as when we vacation we do prepare some meals in the apartment for the ease of our family. And the sofa needs cleaned or replaced as does the bedding. The photos online are much nicer that the actual beddings.

Great place

This location is really great and convenient walking distance to many beautiful sites like the Parthenon, Campi Fiore, and of course Piazza Navona. The bedroom windows are right over a restaurant that runs late -- till 1 or 2 in the morning -- so bring ear plugs or something if you're not a night owl. Two bedrooms are enclosed and one is a loft over the kitchen, so work well for families with kids. The management was wonderful about letting us check in early, and meeting up bright and early after our flight arrived. It was very clean. The bed was not the most comfortable mattress I've slept on, though, and the sofa was showing its age. Note that while there is a washer, there did not seem to be a dryer and we didn't see a clothes line for drying. Also, the hair dryer only ran about 20 seconds before cutting out. The building itself is a gorgeous old building with very high ceilings -- so walking up the 4 flights is really like walking up 6! But there is a small elevator if your feet are feeling tired. Overall a great value for a wonderful location, and management was great.

very good location - honestly cannot be beat. The space has the bare minimums that comes with big city dwelling. We had to go out and get quite alot of additional items like shampoo and soap. The company that runs this is awesome though - easy to coordinate with, great response time, arranged a private transfer for us which are all very much appreciated.

Central location that is walking distance to everything

Apartment location was great with many restaurants nearby. We were able to walk everywhere (Vatican, Colosseum, etc). The superintendent of the build (not associated with hosts) was very nice and allowed us to leave out bags with him when we arrived early and on departure day, we showed him our gratitude! Things to keep in mind - The loft has a very steep spiral staircase, definitely not for very young kids. The loft/upstair bathroom ceiling is 6' high and may not be ideal for taller folks (especially the upstairs bathroom). The AC in the apartment is fine in the bedrooms but the loft area is significantly warmer. The fold out couch has seen better days and was repaired at some point with very sharp wire that I scraped myself on. When bringing some of these issues to the attention of the host I was not at all happy with their replies - definitely would not be looking to return.

This was such a great location to stay. So close to all the major items you would want to see. The apartment is so close to one of the best Piazza's in all of Rome.Apartment is nice, staff worked with us to meet all of our needs. Would stay here again.
