We stayed here with our family and really enjoyed! It is very close to Dollywood and the main drag of Pigeon Forge. The pool and lazy river are not large but our kids enjoyed. Would recommend!

The condo was very clean, cozy, kitchen well stocked and the balcony had a wonderful view of the river. Easy and quick drive to everything, especially Dollywood. We loved the lazy river, pool and hot tub or just walking along the river. Highly recommend!

Five of us high school classmates have taken an annual girlfriend trip for a good 25 years or more. Of all the places/cities we have visited this was the best condo ever. We loved our stay, loved the cleanliness, loved the communication with Kitty. We even used the lazy river and had a blast. Hard to please 5 cranky 80 year old ladies but here we are—a 5 star rating from ALL of us. Thank you Kitty for your hospitality and communication. You are the best!! Yes, we all highly recommend this condo. Judi and friends!!

My family had a great time staying at this location! The host responded quickly to any questions I had. There were lots of things at the resort to keep my grandkids busy! Next time we go to Pigeon Forge, we will certainly return to this resort!

The host was very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect with a great view of the river, we saw a bald eagle right in front of the balcony every day. The condo is high end and beautiful. We enjoyed it very much.

Very clean and comfortable. Great views. Only downside was pool, hot tub, workout facilities all closed. A lot of money to pay for lack of amenities. I am sure owners were not aware this was going to happen. Would definitely stay here again. Great experience!!!!
