Beautifully decorated 4 BR/4BA home on cul-de-sac in quiet, upscale “Kure Estates” neighborhood. 3000 sq ft. home features an ELEVATOR and ground floor "mini-owner’s suite" with private bath and flat screen TV. 2nd floor has a spacious, open living area with hardwood floors, gas fireplace, full bath, 55in TV, large dining table, game table, and separate “media room” with 65in TV. Modern kitchen is well stocked with dishware, pots, pans, utensils, and spices. Opens to back deck where everyone can dine together under market lights, and where stairs lead to an upper deck as well as a rooftop deck. The 3rd floor has a large owner’s suite with a door to back decks, bathroom with walk-in shower, large walk-in closet and 36 in TV. Two additional bedrooms share 4th full bath with double sinks. Ceiling fans in every room. Rock on the front porch or head to the roof-top deck to view sunrises, sunsets and AMAZING star-filled night skies! Short walk (5 mins) or drive to a PRIVATE neighborhood beachfront access and parking area complete with restroom, outdoor rinse, and gazebo.

We are a beach loving family and feel Kure Beach is an incredible gem on North Carolina's coast. One day, we hope to retire to LalasPalooza!

Why they chose this property

We love that our home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac across from a large, open, peaceful pond filled with birds, fish and turtles. Plus, the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Prefer to drive? Our community has a private beachfront parking lot, with a bonus of a restroom, rinse area and gazebo. Especially helpful for visits with children!

What makes this property unique

That pond is ANOTHER bonus we didn't even realize until we spent our first weekend rocking on the front porch: Turtles sun themselves on the banks. Children often fish. Herons and Egrets stand in the shallow water. Families of ducks waddle around and swim. Sometimes, you will even see fox and deer walking near.
