This was the perfect place to stay to enjoy the beach. The house had everything we needed and the view from the upstairs screened in porch was stunning. We could also easily walk to all the restaurants in area! Dan was easy to reach and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Prime location and well equipped apartment. We appreciated all the thoughtful extras which made our stay very comfortable (beach gear, kitchen appliances). Good size for 2 adults, 2 kids and dog. Walkable to everything in Dewey. Dog friendly location. Owners were very responsive and helpful - would stay again.

Our family of 5 stayed here and had a wonderful time! You can’t beat the views or the location and the owner was very communicative. Everything was as pictured and went smoothly! We would definitely return and highly recommend booking!

What a great location on the beach! Totally enjoyed our time at this property! Up everyday to watch the beautiful sunrises over the water. We got lots of use out of the screen porch and deck overlooking the water. Beach access is right there. We had adventures on the beach with a massive bouy that had broken loose and washed up onshore. A Chinook helicopter was lingering right in front of our unit for a couple of days and actually landed right there on the beach to retrieve this massive bouy. It was quite an experience watching them pick it up and carry it away! Lots of birds and dolphin sightings and tidal pools to enjoy. Walking distance to good restaurants and homemade ice cream. Short few minute drive to great outlet shopping in Rehoboth and great scenery in Lewes. We arrived at dark and Dan was quickly available by phone to guide us to the parking for the unit. There is a little sandy road to the left that goes to the parking area right in front of the unit, but it was a bit hard to see at night being our first time and being unfamiliar with the place. Then once you see it, parking is easy and super convenient. I would so love to visit here again!

Great location. Beautiful Ocean views from both floors. 10 min. drive to Rehoboth Beach/Boardwalk. Great sunsets are just a short walk away. Host was very accommodating. All the amenities you need for a great stay. We would highly recommend this property.
