The QUAY (pronounced 'Key') is one of Ocean City's finest oceanfront vacation getaways. Located at 107th Street and Coastal Highway, the Quay offers an amenity package that virtually guarantees a fun-filled vacation.

Our smoke free condo is #701 and is located on the 7th floor. It offers an excellent view of both the ocean and bay from the balcony. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 persons. It is beautifully decorated, very modern and very bright. We have all the furnishings to make you feel right at home.

Our condo is available for rent anytime throughout the year. Between June and August we have a 3-4 night minimum stay. Minimum age to rent is 25. Sorry, no pets are allowed. The Quay allows one parking space per unit ($75 p/week) however additional parking spaces can be purchased if space is available. There is also municipal parking available at 100th St.

Great location for our family. Away from all the people at the boardwalk but still near restaurants and other activities. We had a problem with one of the bathroom doors and the owner provided us a refund. We was very responsive with some other requests we had. We had a very nice stay. Very clean and beautiful! The host's communication was spectacular from b4 commiting to booking, during the entire stay, and even after check out. kitchen literally has everything you need. We only used one of the queen size fold out couch beds but it was so comfortable! Left side of the balcony gives you a good side view of the ocean. The indoor pool is small BUT because of the nice outdoor pool and beach right there, the indoor pool NEVER gets packed and almost feels like your own personal poolIf I HAD to complain:*Water pressure in the master br isn't the greatest*Regardless how low we made the temperature, the 2nd br and living area stays cold but the master br doesn't get as cool. But wasn't a super big deal.Just FYI:We have stayed at the Quay before in a different condo and looked at plenty of them and a lot of them mention in the listing the option to get the linen package(sheets,pillowcases, towels). This one automatically gives it to you and the price of it is already added to your final pricing. Thankfully after reaching out to the host expressing we did not want the package, he took that fee off. Had this been my 1st time staying, I would have been upset to automatically have this package that I personally find super expensive and unnecessary since we were ok bringing our own. Just something to know.PARKING 100 For your 1st car and 15/day or 100 more for a week for a 2nd car. REDICULOUS but owner has no control over this!We would stay again

Home away from home. The views where amazing, I loved having a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning and watching the sunrise out of the ocean every morning. The check-in and check-out could not have been easier. I can't wait to come back next year.

Family Vacation Memorial Day Weekend

We took a trip for three nights for Memorial Day weekend to this property; my boyfriend and my 4 year old son. It had everything we needed and was close to the beach! My only complaint is that I didn't know ahead of booking about needing to pay 75 for a parking pass for three nights; I only found this out weeks after booking when I was sent the keys and contract/agreement. Other than that, it was perfect. Thank you!

Perfect friends getaway!

We were so pleased with this unit. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated in beach mode . The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen contained all state of the art appliances.The place was immaculate and well maintained. The pool and patio area were always neat and clean. The location was great - right on the beach in northern OC. There were several shops, supermarkets and restaurants close by. The owner ,Alan Grove , was only a text or call away if needed. I highly recommend this great vacation spot!

Lovely condo in great location

Our stay in Ocean City at this condo was a wonderful little getaway. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. The living space was large and you could see the ocean from the balcony. The location was far enough from the busy Ocean City heavy traffic and boardwalk but still close enough to many amenities. Alan was very attentive and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. I think it's important to mention that there is an additional $50 parking fee that is not included in the cost of your stay, but parking was easy and plenty of space for a second vehicle (additional $10). We would stay again and recommend this condo to others.
