Nice property, good location

Pam was an excellent host. She was very communicative and helpful! The condo was well-maintained and located in an area that is so close to the beach and shops on the main strip. I really liked the convenience of the location -the beach is a very short drive or a really nice walk! The condo is in a quiet neighborhood and we were able to relax there after long days out and about. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

This place was everything we hoped for. We have two children and this was our first family vacation. It was amazing. The locations is convenient and it felt like home. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back! Pam was super helpful and we would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Rehoboth Beach condo

Location was conveniently located close to all beaches, boardwalk and shopping. Swimming pool, grills and quiet neighborhood. The unit is an easy access 2nd floor with all amenities that were advertised. Clean, comfortable and enough space for everything. Will not hesitate to book again next year. 5 out of 5 rating!

Family Time

Pam's Condo is bright, clean and comfortable. 3 adults and 2 children. The condo is quiet and relaxing. Walk or bike to beaches, parks and eateries. The pool was clean and perfect size to enjoy after the beach. We used the kitchen for a few meals and found everything we needed. We will be back!!

Great Family Condo

The location was great. Easy to walk or drive into Rehoboth. We enjoyed the weekly Farmers market that was a short walk away. Along with great breakfast options to walk to. The condo was just as described. Very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. Great size for our family of four. We enjoyed the property pool on a few afternoons. Nice shaded areas and plenty of seating around the pool. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Clean, safe, nice owner attitude

Very nicely maintained and well run rental. We had an infant with us and Pam notified us that place was ready a bit early so that was very accommodating to get baby situated and place set up so we could enjoy rest of the day at the complex pool. Nice list of rules and local favorites provided along with some games, puzzles, tv in each room, all necessary extras like coffee makers, toaster, and all the kitchen necessities.

Beautiful Place and Great Location

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 -- 2 adults, a teen and a 4 year old. It is about 1.3 mi to Rehoboth Beach, but it's a straight shot and not a bad walk for those physically able to make it. It also is central enough that you can easily zip to other beaches with ease by car or trolley. The condo was spotless and the binder with recommendations and other info was very useful. The area is tucked away and very quiet. We will look to stay there again when we return to the rea.

Clean and close to the boardwalk

Overall, the place was great- very clean and close to the boardwalk. We were able to walk to a great garden stand where they had fresh fruit! The pool was nice, too. My only comment would be that the furniture was dated and overcrowded. We also struggled with the plastic cover over the rug. The decor was definitely not meant for a beach stay but if you’re going just for the outlet shopping and restaurants, then it’s not bad.

The pictures and description in the listing are accurate to a tee so it is perplexing to me that you would have chosen my unit over others with furnishings more to your liking.. That said, Im glad you felt the unit was very clean and close to everything and you enjoyed the pool....

Comfortable Pleasant Apartment

We were very comfortable in this well equipped, like new, clean, two bedroom, two bath Henlopen Station apt. on the west side of Rehoboth. It was a great location for us since we like to ride our bikes in Henlopen Acres and on the bike path from Rehoboth to Lewes. The apt. complex is quiet with many shade trees and a nice little pool. This second story apt. has a private balcony to sit or eat outside. There are nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The apt. owner was easy to contact and pleasant.

Great spot! Felt like home

Walking in was just as pictured on the VRBO app which I booked through. It felt like our regular "beach home" without ever being there before, so.. Very cozy! No issues/no problems, great pool area by the way! Not crowded at all for early August! A bit of a walk to the beach, but it was doable. We drove one day & paid parking for 1 very long beach day. My daughter loved her room and my fiance and I had a very nice time so the 3 of us enjoyed for sure. We had a cozy movie night. Kitchen is lovely. -Not sure we'll be back as I like to try somewhere new each summer, but maybe we will be back as this was much nicer than many other places (if you don't want a hotel) and if the owner could book privately perhaps. Either way, great spot! Friendly area in general, also.

Cute, neat, and wonderfully convenient.

This condo is in great condition, with cute and updated furnishings and decor. It’s in a very convenient location, only about 1.3 miles from the beach. We ended up walking and biking all around Rehoboth Beach with ease. If you’re up to it, the local trail system is fabulous! We took the trail in Gordon’s Pond all the way to Cape Henlopen State Park, then toured around Lewes, and returned right to the condo via the Junction and Breakwater Trail (17+ miles for our day). The pool at the condo complex was actually a nice little retreat, fun for the kids and peaceful for the adults. My only comment would be that this area can have a bit of noise while you are outside lounging on the balcony. It’s mostly road noise (close to the Rte. 1 and Rte. 1-A junction) and air conditioning compressor noise from the many condos populating this section of town. These are common sounds in the summer, but if you are hoping for more quiet I’d just be aware. We did not hear noise indoors, and slept like babes. If you choose this location, I’d say it’s a great value....convenient to activities, very clean and nice, and reasonably priced. In addition to bedding sheets and personal use towels, make sure to pack some additional supplies, such as garbage bags and paper towels or napkins, but otherwise just about everything was provided for comfort of your stay and cleaning. Have fun at this great place!

We keep extra paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and more in the laundry closet and kitchen if future renters should be reading this. Sorry about the outdoor a.c. noise it's been quite hot this summer and I'm sure many are just trying to keep cool. Unfortunately road noise/traffic is a fact of life in Rehoboth Beach as its a popular summer destination especially during holiday weeks. Thanks for coming though and have a great rest of the summer.

Our Stay at Henlopen Station Condo 206D

We stayed at Henlopen Station Condominium #206D from 7/14/18 to 7/18/18. We did like the condo, it was clean, the furnishing were high quality, beautiful kitchen, and the air conditioning was great. The location provided easy access to local stores, restaurants, the beach and just about everything else. We would definitely stay there again. My only issue is that the bathroom in the rear of the condo was severely clogged, so clogged that I went to the store and purchased some fast acting Drano. Within an hour, thankfully, I was able to unclogged the drain. Second, I was stung by a yellow jacket outside the condo, at the bottom of the front steps (there were three visible nests under the railing). I went into anaphylactic shock and I had to be taken to the emergency room in Lewes for a 125 mg shot of steroids or I would have died. I later discovered that a little girl at the same condo was stung around the same time I was stung. I would strongly urge the owners or managers to spray the outside perimeter of the condo immediately. You are open to serious liability claims if something tragic were to happen. I am not a litigious person and I am fine, but believe me there are others out there that are not so understanding and they would be looking for the deepest pocket to sue if they had a similar experience. Beside those above mentioned issues we enjoyed our stay at your property. Thank you.

Pamela's condo is newly renovated and is a very nice place to stay. The kitchen is well appointed with most anything you'll need. Pamela is quick to respond to any questions you have.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The host checked in with me and was very responsive to my texts. The property manager graciously jump-started my daughters car when we went to leave and it wouldn't start. The trip home went smoothly after that!

Great time!

This was the perfect spot for our family! The rental was clean and Pamela was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything! My daughters loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. Plus, we found a little park nearby they enjoyed playing at daily. It was a relaxing week for our family and we would definitely plan a return stay

We stayed at Pam's place for a week in July and it was a wonderful experience. The location was accessible to many shops, restaurants, and beaches. Bring or rent a bike and it will make access to downtown a breeze.
