What a lovely town and base for hiking and waterfalls. We loved walking into downtown from this sweet VRBO! Great shopping and dining with the most relaxing place to come home to. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking meals at home, and we loved watching the white squirrels from the screened porch. Absolutely hope to return!!

Kitchen was well stocked with ample dish towels and utensils. No serving platters however. Plenty of bathroom towels and toilet paper and paper towels. Only 2 negatives: Felt like the comforters might not have been laundered between guests and walking barefoot in the house produced VERY dirty feet! Otherwise, perfect location and perfect accommodations!

We keep coming back to this home because it has everything we need for a relaxing week in Brevard! It’s in a great location to walk downtown to shopping and dining. It’s very clean and has a great layout for families and quiet spaces for reading. The screened porch overlooks a sweet backyard with birds, chipmunks, rabbits and even a white squirrel or two! The neighborhood is quiet and we feel very comfortable walking in the evenings The owner is attentive and easy to reach if needed. Our favorite home away from home.
