Wonderful!

Everything was perfect and was exactly as stated on the listing. I would even say the listing doesn’t do it justice! It was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in and the beds were comfortable. It felt like home away from home. It was so nice having the beach just behind the house with our three year old and five year old to just go throw rocks into the water. The location is amazing for hikes. We loved it!

Another lovely getaway at this Schroeder property

This was our 5th time staying at this home and it was enjoyable as always. Shadee is a responsive and accommodating host, and we love the location, the home and the amenities provided. We already have our next trip back booked!

Love North Shore in the fall

This is our 3rd year staying here and can't wait to come back next year. Our fallcation is a favorite vacation of the summer/fall season. Beautiful area, perfectly located house with amazing views. We come every year to enjoy the fall weather, nature and catch our limit with Tofte Charters.

Another wonderful stay!

Comfortable, perfectly clean, well-equipped,and so close to everything we wanted to be close to: the Lake, hiking and biking trails, State Parks, restaurants, and well-stocked small grocery stores. Helpful, responsive owners

This home is ideally located for exploring the natural beauty of the area. Not only is it perched right on Lake Superior, but is so close to raging rivers, amazing hiking trails, the Gitchi-Gami bike trail, downhill and cross-country skiing, snow-mobile trails, golfing, fishing and paddling. And when you aren't enjoying the outdoors, the house is well-equipped and comfy, with a huge wood-burning sauna and large fire pit.
