Recently renovated smoke-free, pet free spacious 2bed /2bath condo in the much desired Sandcastles Oceanfront Condominium complex, Cocoa Beach . Conveniently located on the A1A, there is easy access to The Orlando Intl Airport, Disney World, Universal Studios, Port Canaveral Cruise Ships & Kennedy Space Center. We are surrounded by Shopping, Groceries and Restaurants.
This condo is fully equipped. Kitchen is ready for any chef or the traveling cook. The bedrooms have comfortable beds that can sleep 6 people. WiFi is included. Dining room has seating for 6 as well as seating at the breakfast bar. The living room is well equipped with lots of seating, TV and lamps for reading. King bed in master, 2 full beds in guestroom, 1 twin and 1 queen air mattresses also available. Walk in shower in master, tub/shower in guest bath.All linens are provided, blankets, sheets, pillows, bath and beach towels.All the beach supplies you need are in the closet waiting for you. Chairs, umbrellas, games, sand toys. Tennis rackets and balls, and Pickle ball rackets and balls are available for the on site tennis court. Come to Cocoa Beach and leave your worries and stress behind.

Why they chose this property
Sandcastles is a premier Resort Condominium Complex. There is a high standard of maintenance from the Mechanical to the Grounds maintenance. The property is very clean, organized and safe. Well fenced. There are appropriate rules in place for the most enjoyment. Swimming pool, hot tub and sauna are all on site. Private gated access to the beach. Both Owners and Renter live harmoniously in this complex. Everyone is very friendly.
What makes this property unique
Large condo with plenty of storage space! Very close to beach walkway. Wonderful location to view rocket and shuttle launches, sit on the beach and soak up the sun and salt water, or relax by the heated pool.
