Monaaray Fun House
The house is on an internal block, away from the main street, and is very quiet.
There is no parking on the property, but plenty of free parking on the street.
Includes HD 3D cinema, 7 Pinball machines, 2 Arcade video game machines with thousands of classic games, Large air hockeyTable and more.
ALL FREE TO PLAY
Please note: Parties and large gatherings are not allowed.

The space
This is a very private, light and airy house, furnished in neutral tones and ultra modern decor.

All bedrooms boast modern bed settings, made up with crisp white sheets, built in wardrobes, interesting art.

The bedrooms
Bedroom one contains a Queen size bed.
Bedroom two contains a bunk bed, consisting of a double and single bed.
Also there is also a Large queen size sofa bed in the main lounge area (the linen for this is stored in bedroom one).

The Lounge, Kitchen and main living area (including the games area) are all open plan and in one huge open room.

The dining table is high end and has a glass top and leather chairs and the kitchen (and bathroom) bench tops are Black Granite.
Outside in the main area there is an elevated deck with an outdoor setting, BBQ and views of the mountain.

Tony (the host) lives in the self contained Studio unit attached to the house.
This is completely separate and not accessible from the main house.
The house is completely private with its own entrance, deck, paved garden and bbq area.

If you have an event at MyState Arena, I highly recommend this accomodation, walking distance is only 5 minutes. The pinball machines were an added bonus, so much fun, can’t wait to head to Hobart again

Great stay for a weekend away

We stayed at Monaaray fun house for a long weekend. It is a great option for couples without kids that want to stay somewhere on the outer suburbs of Hobart but still be close to everything. It's clean, well appointed and spacious. We had a great time playing pin ball machines, arcade games and air hockey as well as firing up the projector and watching a movie from large selection provided. Grab some take out and spend a night in with all the fun right there in the living room. Thanks for a great stay! .

Stayed at the Monaaray Fun House for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. The property has everything you need along with some basic supplies and appreciated the welcome chocolates. Very modern and when the property includes things like heated towel rack, ice maker, home theatre system and half a dozen pinball machines, you.know its going to be a great stay. Property was quiet and easy to access. Would definitely return next time I'm staying in Hobart. Highly recommend with no negatives to mention.

What a Gem

This property was very unique and had everything you needed for the most comfortable & satisfying stay. We loved our stay at Monaray! The kids were thrilled when they opened the door and discovered an arcade of games to play – there were so many to choose from! The house was equally well-stocked for the adults, with thoughtful touches like a coffee machine (complete with milk and beans), a rice cooker, a bread maker, and a BBQ.Everything our family of four needed to feel comfortable was provided. One unexpected highlight was watching movies through the projector – It was great to enjoy a 3D movie together as a family on the big screen.Thank you, Tony, for anticipating the needs of families and creating such a wonderful holiday home.

Easy to get to and well located for sightseeing. Clean, well laid out and well equipped. Tony had turned on the heaters, so the whole place was lovely and warm. The fridge was stocked with a welcome package and my daughter loved the coffee machine. The teenager loved all the games and the 9 year old wore out the wii. I even managed to listen to some favourites on the jukebox. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space to allow for individual privacy. Spending the evenings as a family watching the big screen was great fun. The only downer for us was having to leave!! We highly recommend this accommodation.

So close to MONA but also only 10 mins from the centre of Hobart.
