The house was great! It had plenty of space for all of us and is in a great location. There was a park that was on the other side of the back fence that my grandson enjoyed. We were 5-10 minutes away from anything we wanted/needed. Would stay there again.

Beautiful view of the lake, park easily accessible from the back yard, owner very responsive to requests throughout the stay. House is very quiet and clean. Great for multiple guests, close to shopping and downtown.

Master bed is old, creaky, and mattress is in terrible condition. One towel per person, no wash cloths. Garage door remote didn't work. Bare minimum silverware.

Hi Stan, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and we wanted to share the following: - The master bedroom is older, but this is the first time a guest has had an issue with the mattress. While bed comfort is personal and subjective, the owner will check the mattress to see if there are any issues. - There are 2 towels in each bathroom, plus an extra ten towels and six washcloths in the hallway closet if guests need more. - The owner offered to send a handyman to replace the battery in the garage opener, but this offer was denied by your group. Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

It’s Complicated

Local contact: 5 stars House:3stars Evolve: 1 star The check in was delayed by the previous guest but the local contact, Maged, was just awesome. The house is tired and in need of a lot of small maintenance. The first two nights the smoke alarms kept going off so there was little to no sleep. We had them all taken out and that solved the issue. The master shower control is severely messed up. Scalding or Luke warm are your choices. The faucet in the kitchen is very loose in it’s mount. One of our gust sat in a chair and it split in half. Again the house needs general maintenance. Trying to deal with Evolve before and during the visit was incredibly frustrating. They were slow to respond and difficult to reach when needed. We will not rent a property they manage again due to this difficulty. All that being said the pool was great and the location perfect for our needs

Amazing experience

I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for big family. The bathroom, shower and pool were excellent. You could tell that the owner made sure that the apartment is very clean. Furthermore, he is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place is almost on the lake.

Great vacation spot in Lake Havasu City

The location of the spot was perfect. Not that far of a drive to the beach and London Bridge area. Very close to downtown (about a 15 min walk). The place was very clean and contacting the property manager was easy! The pool wasn’t heated so it was chilly but it was hot enough out we still went in it a lot. Highly recommend this place for your stay!

Spacious Place, Pool Oh Yeah!

House was great. It looks older from the outside, but the inside and backyard are great. House is well kept and is well equipped. A true 4 bedroom with beds in all rooms and an additional sofa-bed in the master. The pool was our favorite part of the house and we spent most of our time there. It is not heated, but it was plenty of a nice way to cool off. The deck on top of the house was a nice place to watch sunsets and have drinks in the evenings. Maged, from the management property, was quick to reply to text and easy to communicate with. Overall, my family and I had a great time staying at this property.

Oasis in the Sun

House was better than advertised. All rooms are well equipped with comfy beds and an additional sofa bed in the master. The pool is awesome, we spent most of out time there. The rooftop was a great place to catch the sunsets. AC in the house was solid. Great communication with Maged, from management company. He took care of things that I was unaware of, with a quickness. We were a large party and the house was big enough to not feel cramped. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very chill. We didn't even see them. Everyone enjoyed staying here. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

House is in a great location, close to everything. Spacious, room for all our guests. We had 10. Kitchen pans are dated and handles are falling off and we had one bathroom wash cloth. A little short on towels too. We live an hour away so next time we will bring extra towels etc. will definitely reserve again. Thank you

4bedroom advertised with 3 beds.

Great home. But disappointed. We needed a 4 bedroom with 4 beds as we thought that’s how it was advertised. The house had 4 bedrooms but only 3 had beds in them- so we had to bo buy a blow up bed for some of our kids to sleep on. There was a pull out couch in the master- but that’s not where we needed it. Feeling misled by the ad, but overall a great home that is clean and open floor plan makes it feel roomy.

Hi Randy, We always appreciate hearing from our guests, but we were surprised to receive your feedback: - A previous guest had damaged the sleeper sofa in the 4th bedroom, so it was unavailable for your stay - The homeowner called you to let you know and offer a full refund if the remaining sleeping arrangements for 12 weren't enough - You let the owner know that losing the sleeper sofa wasn't a problem since there were only 9 people in your group The owner has since replaced the sleeper sofa, and we've updated the description so that travelers can see which beds are available in each of the 4 bedrooms.

My stay

We enjoyed our time here in havasu. We come about 3 times a year. We even stayed an extra day. I had a few small issues with the house however. My family didn’t want me to say anything but I have to. So again just small issues nothing major but maybe can be fixed before someone else’s stay. There is no foil, I bought some and left it. There was no measuring cup. There was a can opener however it was broken so I had to use a knife. There was not to many seasonings, I bought seasoning salt and left it. There was no oil, I bought some and left it. Like I said just small stuff but believe me it’s stuff that people look for when renting a vacation home. Other than that the house was amazing. Thank you

Loved the house

loved the set up of this house and how big it was. When i contacted the property manager about a couple of things he was quick to send someone to the house to look over everything so I would not be charged for damages that were done prior to us being at the house. Loved the master bedroom the bathroom and the closet space. Would def. rent this house again.

We really loved this property. It was everything that was was portrayed to us. It was very clean and roomy. Great, quiet neighborhood. Not far from everything we wanted to see and do. We would love to stay here again! Magid made sure everything was perfect for us!

Thoughtful management

This home is large and open. It is the perfect place for a large family or group to stay. The kitchen is large and perfect for crafting meals for everyone. The management is very engaged and the owner was very kind to us when one of our group ignored the no pet policy and brought their small dog. I was very unhappy with this person and the owner was able to observe the dog from the front security camera. They informed us of the violation but offered us a way to not forfeit our reservation which was very nice. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Havasu area.
