Our family of 7 enjoyed our 12 night stay, our grandkids really loved the pool area. Beds were comfortable, and TVs worked ok. The kitchen had adequate glasses, plates, utensils, and cookware. All appliances were in good working order, we ran the dishwasher and clothes washer every day. The rooms in general were a little run down, but probably as expected for the relatively low price as compared to other Windsor Hills properties. The thin curtain over the balcony door was torn and needs replacing. Recommend it for families on a low budget, but not for those with more expensive tastes.

Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. Easy to find it on the 2nd floor, was quiet, and next to all the amenities. Only con was not having enough towels for all our guests. Thankfully we had beach towels with us so we made do.

The host is very kind and responds quickly. This condo was perfect for us!There were a few minor things that needed changing/repairing (kitchen chairs, toilet flush, wallpaper, blinds, door lock...) but nothing that really affected our stay. It's was perfect and I would stay there again for sure!!Thanks!!!

Bunk beds were super squeaky and pillows weren’t the greatest. My 2 year old found some bug traps on the floor in the kitchen which we didn’t love finding those. Was very appreciative for them having extra fans and toys for the kids! The pack n play they provided definitely needed a good cleaning other than that the check in was easy the pool and little water park were super great! Nice little community to stay at felt super safe

Wonderful stay, close to everything! Plenty of space for family, amenities are great. Pool was warm and spacious. Kids area water was a bit cool, but kids enjoyed. Playground was great and very clean and well designed.Condo was comfortable but could use a bit of maintenance and some updating with paint and wall paper. Not many pan options for cooking,But over all would give it 4.5 stars and would stay again.

It should be disclosed in the listing that toilet paper and paper towels are one in each bathroom. We did not have full rolls of toilet paper and a mostly used paper towel roll in the kitchen. Kitchen is limited. There are mouse traps on both sides of the refrigerator. We noticed the traps on our last day. Nothing in the traps but if the property manager expects garbage to be taken out each day the property manager needs to supply more than one garbage bag. If people dont take the garbage out each day this could explain mice/rat activity. Our stay was good and we enjoyed the pool.and splash pad. The location of the property is very convenient to Disney. The condo could use upgrades. At least replace the broken window blinds. Thank you.

The kids loved the Minons bedroom! They also had a blast at the water park and arcade! Thry children enjoyed the crafts they offered as well. Thr gym had just enough to break a good sweat! Disney Vacation

This was an amazing place to stay. It had everything we needed and was just a short trip to Disney. It even had entertainment for the kids in our rest days (we used the pool and splash pad that never seemed too crowded).
