Everything was wonderful. It was very clean.The host had everything ready for us. It does need some furniture upgrades but overall I would stay here again. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful memory.

The property, the home, the amenities and the staff were all excellent. Check in was a breeze and the communication with the host was quick, clear and positive. The home was everything it was described to be with some of the cutest decorative touches I’ve ever seen.

Our family of 7 enjoyed our 12 night stay, our grandkids really loved the pool area. Beds were comfortable, and TVs worked ok. The kitchen had adequate glasses, plates, utensils, and cookware. All appliances were in good working order, we ran the dishwasher and clothes washer every day. The rooms in general were a little run down, but probably as expected for the relatively low price as compared to other Windsor Hills properties. The thin curtain over the balcony door was torn and needs replacing. Recommend it for families on a low budget, but not for those with more expensive tastes.

The condo has not been kept up. The dishwasher would start but then quickly turn off. It also had multiple broken & rusty pieces inside the dishwasher. The dryer smelled like it was burning when in use. The blinds in the main room were broken. The window was also cracked. The secondary king headboard in my room was not attached to the bed or wall, so it move and leaned in towards the bed. I had to push the whole bed against it every night to keep it in place. The kitchen deposal didn't work and water backed up in the sink and slowly went down the drain. The closet where the air conditioner resided was a dirty mess and the filter was full and needed to be charged. The sponge left under the kitchen sink was disgusting and should have been thrown away and not left for paying guest.The upside of this rental included: Good location, gated community, close to Walmart, restaurants and Disney. The community pool was nice and the kids loved the slides. The community store by the pool was clean and worth the money. We ordered a pizza from them for lunch & enjoyed it by the pool. We also enjoyed the on-site arcade and played many rounds of darts.This condo definitely needs some TLC,

Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. Easy to find it on the 2nd floor, was quiet, and next to all the amenities. Only con was not having enough towels for all our guests. Thankfully we had beach towels with us so we made do.

The host is very kind and responds quickly. This condo was perfect for us!There were a few minor things that needed changing/repairing (kitchen chairs, toilet flush, wallpaper, blinds, door lock...) but nothing that really affected our stay. It's was perfect and I would stay there again for sure!!Thanks!!!

Disney Vacation

This was an amazing place to stay. It had everything we needed and was just a short trip to Disney. It even had entertainment for the kids in our rest days (we used the pool and splash pad that never seemed too crowded).

Wonderful stay, close to everything! Plenty of space for family, amenities are great. Pool was warm and spacious. Kids area water was a bit cool, but kids enjoyed. Playground was great and very clean and well designed.Condo was comfortable but could use a bit of maintenance and some updating with paint and wall paper. Not many pan options for cooking,But over all would give it 4.5 stars and would stay again.
