The property features two homes connected by a garage: the front 3,700 sq. ft. home is occupied by the owner, while the back 3,200 sq. ft. home is exclusively for guests, ensuring complete privacy. Originally built by the owner's parents as a retirement home, the back house includes custom luxury finishes and thoughtful accessibility features such as an elevator, wide hallways and doorways, walk-in shower, lift chair, and stepless entry.

The backyard is an entertainer’s dream with an adjustable basketball hoop, hammock, two water features, a sunken trampoline with safety netting and double jump surface, a gas firepit, and gated access to open space with hiking and biking trails. The covered balcony off the master bedroom and kitchen features a four-person hot tub, Weber grill, and stunning views of mountains, wildlife, and trail activity.
