This charming 3BR/3BA bungalow is conveniently located on Milledge Avenue just steps away from 5 Points and the UGA campus. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and has all the amenities you could want for a wonderful weekend. Each of the bedrooms is furnished with a premium queen bed with luxurious linens. The living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa and a 65" smart TV for enjoying a movie or catching the game. The large kitchen well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create a wonderful meal with friends.
The master bedroom has an attached bath and french doors that open onto a screened porch that opens onto the deck. On the deck, you will find a sunken hot tub with room for six as well as a dining table and grill. The deck overlooks the wooded rear of the property and the fire pit and koi pond. The fire pit, with several comfortable Adirondack chairs, is the perfect place to enjoy on a crisp evening while listening to the sounds of the water splashing into the koi pond.
