About this property

Quite harbour village. Close to beach, boat ramp and attractions

Ideal home base as gateway to all island attractions. Only 3 min drive or 10 min walk to Township which hosts shops, cafes, hotel, restaurants, Penguin Centre and Penneshaw Beach. Modern home, comfortably furnished with two Queen bedrooms and one with twin singles. If guests require 2 bedrooms then they must book for 4 people, for 3 bedrooms then book for 6 people. Whatever bedroom configuration required, you have access to rest of home facilities - except one bedroom booked has use of one bathroom only. Home has a fully appointed kitchen with BBQ area on rear deck. NBN internet available with 60" Smart T.V. & DVD player in Lounge and two further Smart T.V.s in both Queen bedrooms. There is a main bathroom plus ensuite to main bedroom and laundry facilities. Brick paved carparking for four cars or cars & boats with additional parking if needed at rear of property. Consider car hire on the island instead of bringing your car across on the ferry.
