About this property

Recently remodeled Ski in/Ski out condo right by New Gondola. Hot Tub access

Zephyr Mountain Lodge is about as close as you can sleep to the chairlifts without camping outside! Zephyr has four hot tubs, a fitness room, heated underground parking, onsite ski shops and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. There is also a nearby ice skating rink. Each condo has a full service kitchen. Washer and dryers are located on every floor.

This updated condo is located on 4th floor in the Slopeside building and facing The Village & Continental Divide. The condo also has an Xbox 360 and games for you to enjoy after a day in the mountains! The bedroom has a new king bed & mattress, and there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

Heated attached underground parking will keep you and your vehicle out of the elements (parking fee during ski-season $30/ per vehicle per day). Ski locker included.

Hot tub hours: 8 am to 10 pm (Mon through Sun)

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

The resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.

Our cleaners leave 3 rolls of toilet paper, but I am sorry if that was not adequate for your 3 night stay. In th future, just reach out to us and we can send housekeeping up with more supplies needed. New sink stopper / strainer was purchased today, and put in the condo. We’re sorry for the inconvenience with the hot tubs; they’re maintained by the building and were unfortunately out of our control during your stay. I am surprised that the HOA did not post signs that the other 2 hot tubs for the other building were avail to you. I will take this matter up with them first thing tomorrow morning. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again (with a better experience)

The location was ideal. My rating is a two, as the kitchen counters were not cleaned and had food scraps all over them, so I needed to clean when I entered the condo. Also, the foam topper on the king bed was not ideal. I would recommend upgrading the mattress if it is bad enough that you have to put an inexpensive foam topper on it. Also, the futon has stains on it. For the price that is being asked for your unit, I would recommend making some updates and connecting with housekeeping. The location is ideal though.
