This is a beautiful home filled with everything you need for your stay. My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) loved staying in this home. The living spaces, including TV room, kitchen, and outdoor spaces (both screened in and backyard) were enjoyed by all. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the property manager. Plenty of towels for both the bathroom and the beach. Such a lovely stay!
Lovely house in a great location. Well equipped and furnished. Host and manager were helpful and communicative. Bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch and having the coco bistro nearby was very handy

Thank you Lesley. You were a pleasure to host. Linda
Very nice space indoor and out. Extra nice beach theme decor. Great property manager. Good location… close to beach, restaurants and lots of activities. Would definitely stay there again.
Unfortunately, our trip was canceled, but the friends that we had planned the trip with were able to go and loved everything about the place that was their first time there. My husband and I will definitely get back there after everything they told us.

Wonderful accommodation in paradise!
This house is lovely with comfortable bedrooms, plentiful kitchen accessories, and quiet neighborhood . Even though we lost WiFi for a few days due to cable company upgrades, the owners & manager were absolutely wonderful and responsive. This was one of our top 3 trips over the last 15 years of location hopping!

Thank you for your patience with the internet issue. Digicel is doing an island wide upgrade and with it has come a number of issues. Ahh, Island Life....it is not without it's challenges. Thanks for booking with us and we look forward to seeing you again. Linda, Robin and Donna
This place was everything and more than we could have asked for in a villa. Donna was the perfect hostess. She was readily available any time we had a question. Would definitely stay here again! This place is comfortable and beautiful!
The house was excellent for our family of 6 (2 mothers, our 20 and 17 y/o kids & us). We spent Christmas week there and it was fantastic.
Donna was ultra friendly & super responsive to our needs. Pictures do not do this property justice. It’s a 5-minute drive to Grace Bay and Long Bay Beaches.
We highly recommend this villa.
Awesome location, quiet neighborhood and still close to all the places you would visit. Super close to all the restaurants and the beach(under 5-10 mins for most places). You definitely need a car, cannot walk to these places though, but we had a rental car so it was not an issue for us. The house had everything we needed. Outdoor seating is perfect, just make sure you have insect repellants with you and you should be fine. Comfortable beds, tons of beach towels and beach chairs and toys and the pool just across the house was perfect. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy. We had a wonderful time in Coco Gardens and will definitely stay here again when we are back.

Great house but had some issues
Pros: great house- we loved the kitchen and décor, great backyard- loved the hot tub and cabana area, pool- offsite but very close, was good.
Cons: house had screens with large holes- my husband and I had over 50+ mosquito bits from staying here, dogs in neighborhood barked 24 hrs a day- we did not get restful sleep here.
The dogs are so close to the master bedroom (due to the property lines) it seemed on some nights they were in our room. :(

Thank you for your review and bringing these issues to our attention. We have repaired some screens and are replacing others.. We also supply off spray for guests to use at their convenience, and spray the grounds monthly. Bugs are a common problem in the Caribbean Sorry you had an issue with dogs. The villa is in a residential area and neighbours normally bring their dogs indoors at night so its unfortunate that you had a problem. We do have white noise sound makers in all bedrooms to ensure our guests comfort. We hope that you will return to Provo again and consider a return visit to CoCo Gardens.
Property is nicely decorated and easy drive to Grace Bay Beach and Grace Bay Rd shopping & restaurants. Backyard setup with cabana, outdoor kitchen/dining and hot tub attractive for evenings at "home". As with any island/vacation property, there can be some maintenance issues -- ours was that the main living room A/C wasn't working, which caused us to limit our time in this (otherwise attractive) space, as cross-breezes weren't sufficient for our preferences. The "Queen Pod" bedroom (former covered porch converted to enclosed BR w/ 1/2 bath?) would be nice and private for couples vacationing together; but we opted not to use given the few extra steps of cooling another room and dealing with the security system for one teen (we recommend adding pictures of this setup to the VRBO site). We appreciated the many beach towels, outdoor shower and overall square footage -- one adult had to work a few days, which was easy to accommodate with the web service and study (or covered porch).

Thank you for your review. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay in our home. We take all feedback and comments seriously and aim to make every guest’s stay a relaxing and positive one. We would like to address some of your comments:
1. You mentioned that the AC in living room was not working. The living room AC unit was replaced with a new larger AC in May. The service man who responded found the unit to be working properly. The guests prior to and immediately after your stay did not voice any concerns or problems with the AC.
2. The POD bedroom (which has never been a sun porch) is a separate wing in the villa. It has a private entrance from the back decking. You spoke with Linda (booking agent) and discussed the layout and separate external entrance with her for the POD as you had teenage daughters. You stated you understood and were okay with the exterior entrance. It also is clearly stated on the site that this bedroom is private with an exterior entrance. We are sorry you found it was not suitable for your teenage daughter.
3. Regarding the bathroom in the POD. The site does state that the bathroom is 2 piece. It is described as a 2.5 bath villa. I’m sorry if you misunderstood this and were disappointed.
We are pleased that you did enjoy the amenities our villa offers and hope that you might consider a return visit to our beautiful island.

Great time at Coco Gardens
This was our sixth trip to Turks and Caicos with our daughter and her husband and kids, so we are very familiar with the island and love coming here. We have stayed at other villas, and this was the first time at Coco Gardens. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here; the owners and manager were extremely accommodating and responsive to our needs. The house was very comfortable; everyone loved the outdoor shower! We did not really need the AC, except when we arrived, since it had been closed up. The breezes were wonderful, and the setting was very pleasant. The proximity to the pool was great; we only met 3 couples there once during our stay, so it is just like having your own pool! You do a car to get around, since you can't walk to the beach easily. One of the things we most enjoyed was traveling to many beaches and enjoying the differences in what they had to offer, from Sapodilla to Pelican to Grace Bay to the Bight, and we loved exploring the different areas. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Hope to return next year.
•We were a party of six, and with the size of the house and property, we always had enough room. The house is larger than the photos show, and the yard is also spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and utensils, and the house was clean. We used the BBQ and outdoor kitchen area for dinners several times. It was wonderful, and I cannot say enough about the house. We also loved the screened-in porch, which is a great area for sitting and dining. The outdoor shower was a big hit with the group.•The house location is good, but a car is required. With our group, we needed several trips to the grocery store in the first few days, and the car was very helpful. This was our second trip to Provo, and we would have rented a car anyway – there are so many interesting beaches in different parts of the island, and a car is needed to get to them. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. When we return to Provo, we will definitely try to book Coco Gardens again.•The biting insects in Provo are out at night so bring insect repellent with a high DEET content! The good news is that the property has a screened in porch and we used that a lot.•Lastly, I want to comment on the owner and property manager. They are very responsive and attentive. We have rented many times through VRBO and Robin and Sherryl were the best. You are in good hands with them.

Nice property with some minor drawbacks
We stayed here over Christmas week and had a nice time. The house is well-decorated and well-stocked, particularly the kitchen. Overall, the house and property are in good condition, but there are some minor drawbacks. For one, the house does not have central A/C. There are room air conditioners in each and we turned them on in the bedrooms in the evening, but the owners track how much electricity you are using and charge extra if you go over some amount. We didn’t go over, but we also probably would have kept the house cooler in the afternoon if we had known we would stay under the threshold. Also, the outdoor patio and hot tub area in the back are very nice, but there are a lot of biting ants around. After returning from the beach on our first full day we wanted to get in the hot tub, but my wife got about a half dozen painful ant bites within the first few minutes of sitting on the side of the tub. We called the property manager Donna (who was very helpful) and were provided with some ant spray, but there should be an exterminator used to stay on top of the ant issue. In terms of location, the house is well-located in a quiet neighborhood that is about 1/2 mile from Grace Bay beach and within a mile of a bunch of restaurants and shops. It’s walkable during the day, but too far to walk to the beach with chairs and gear and we opted to drive to dinner at night because the cut-through road to the beach was quite dark. There is a good amount of parking at the nearest beach so driving there was no problem. Of course, the beach at Grace Bay is beautiful and even during Christmas week was not crowded (nor were restaurants).

Thank you for your review and we are glad that you had a nice time. The Caribbean has an assortment of pests and bugs. Although the property and house are sprayed regularly, it is impossible to rid the outdoors of all insects. Within the hour of your call you were provided with ant spray which you stated at that time solved the issue and you were happy. Electricity on the island is extremely expensive, hence most villas do not have central A/C. Our villa has high efficiency split units in each room so that you can cool the room that you are using without the added expense of cooling rooms not in use. Large ceiling fans are in each room as well. It is common practice on the island to monitor and cap the electricity usage of guests in rental villas and as you probably recall this info was included on the booking site so you were aware prior to booking. Most guests do not run over the allotted amount, and you were not charged anything extra for usage at your departure. Thank you for choosing CoCo Gardens for your vacation.
Had a wonderful stay here with my partner and 3 children: ages 13, 11 and 8. The property is spacious, comfortable and clean. There was plenty of space for the kids and adults to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a hit. The swimming pool is basically just at the end of the driveway and the kids loved it. We all enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. I loved the access to a washer and dryer which is a great bonus while travelling. We had a rental car and recommend one for getting around more easily- is a very close drive to grocery store, main Grace Bay beach area etc... You could walk but children might find it challenging, especially in the heat. Having a car was a bonus and allowed us to explore other beaches and areas as well. We would highly recommend this property and would book it again.
Coco Gardens was beyond what we could have expected! The house was spacious for our family of 4, well stocked with everything we needed, comfortable and beautiful! Communication from the time we booked to when we left was outstanding! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Provo Vacation
My husband and I stayed at Coco Garden for a week from 1/19-1/26. It was far and away the nicest private home we have leased among many. We mostly enjoyed the beautiful outdoor cabana area and spent time in the lovely hot tub watching the lunar eclipse. The setting was safe, quiet, and beautiful, while still being close to the beach and many of the amenities that are necessary. The home itself was warm and comfortable, full of lovely touches such as candles in the bath to the well maintained community pool just steps away that we had to ourselves. We plan to return as often as we can.

Spacious House, close to beautiful beaches and many activities, need screens to be repaired
Our family of six enjoyed our time on the beautiful island of Turks and Caicos. Coco Gardens is a short drive (approximately 15 minutes) from the airport and we received a warm welcome from Donna upon our arrival. The house is nicely furnished and the kitchen well stocked. I would have said our family was very comfortable during our stay if it were not for the bugs. We are experienced travelers in the Caribbean and brought ample supplies of bug spray to insure minimal discomfort. We envisioned being able to sit outside and enjoy happy hours/dinners with our adult children but with both citronella candles and bug spray we were eaten alive by bugs. As far as the home itself, several of the screens had small holes, others did not fit the windows tightly allowing easy access for bugs. I contacted Donna in regard to the problem following several nights of not sleeping well. She said the owner had repaired all of the holes in the screens before our arrival. I explained there were numerous holes, ill fitting screens and a door with a gap at the top of the jam creating easy access to bugs entering the house. Donna said she was sorry but this was normal for the tropics, so my husband took matters into his own hands. He went to the hardware store, bought plastic to tape over the master bedroom windows (a main entry point) and an indoor fogger making the remainder of the trip bearable. When Donna came to check us out on Saturday I was able to show her the multiple areas of concern. She stated the windows had recently been deep cleaned and the screens must not have been replaced properly. This is a very nice property and I expect the owner will fix the problems for future occupants.

Thank you for your review, I am glad you liked our home and the island. It is unfortunate that you had an issue with bugs. Bugs on the island can be a problem for a period after we have had lots of rain, like we did in Dec. and some guests are more sensitive to them than others. Upon your departure we did see that the cleaning staff had not properly replaced many screens after a thorough cleaning done just prior to your arrival. We have addressed this issue with the staff. All screens are repaired when tiny holes develop in them. We provide citronella candles and sprays in the cabana so that our guests can enjoy our outdoor areas. We love our home and make every effort to ensure that each guest enjoys their stay in every way. We hope that you would consider a return stay to the island and our villa.

Great House!
This house was perfect for our stay with 3 couples. The space was great, outdoor shower awesome and comfy beds. The interior was better than pictured! Great location, 15 minute walk to the beach, but i would recommend a car as the streets are a little rough and to explore the island. We also got a visit from the neighbors dog Nova a few nights (super friendly dog)! I would recommend this house to a family or couples, I look forward to visiting the island again!

Extremely Nice and Enjoyable Place to Stay.
Gave you a very authentic experience of what it's like to live in Turks and Caicos. The house was incredibly nice and very homey. The outside area was especially nice and was very enjoyable and was where we spend the majority of our time when not at the beach. In general, we would highly recommend this house to anyone who is interested in having an authentic and relaxing of Turks and Caicos. Donna is also especially nice and willing to help you in any way to make sure you have an enjoyable experience.

Wonderful family vacation
My family and I (5) total just returned from a week long vacation staying at the Coco Gardens House in Grace Bay. This house was in a perfect location for us to explore the island. I recommend renting a car, driving around is no problem. Just drive on the left side! Donna was a great host and welcomed us when we arrived and recommended many great restaurants and things to do. Definitely go to coco bistro for dinner and shays lounge for lunch and breakfast. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Also, we felt very safe in the neighborhood where the house is located. We had a great time and we hated to leave!

Awesome vacation, beautiful villa, great location
My two friends and I spent eight glorious days at Coco Gardens, a lovely villa tucked away in a charming residential neighborhood 5 minutes away from Grace Bay beach. The villa is nicely furnished and well maintained, and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We had a chef in our party, and he was quite impressed with how beautiful, modern and well-stocked both the kitchen and outside cooking areas are. I had the master bedroom, which is fit for a queen; the guest bedrooms are also nicely decorated, comfortable, and inviting. The salt-water pool is lovely and refreshing, the outdoor shower is a revelation, and the hot tub is sublime!
We got up early most mornings to explore the islands and beaches. We visited Grace Bay, Chalk Sound, Turtle Cove, Taylor Beach, and Leeward Beach. We did a few scuba and snorkeling excursions, rented jet skis, shopped and dined--and always, it was delightful to end a fun day at our beautiful vacation home away from home!
TCI has become our favorite beach destination, and we’d love to stay at Coco Gardens on our next vacation there.

Fabulous stay!!
My family and I just spent a wonderful week at CoCo Gardens. The villa was beautifully furnished and well maintained, and surrounded by beautiful gardens. We spent the majority of our time in the resort-like backyard enjoying the large cabana, outdoor kitchen and hot tub. The gourmet kitchen was great for the evenings we chose to eat in. The large salt water pool directly across the road was very nice and we were the only ones that used it all week. The couples outdoor shower surrounded by large coconut palms was a real treat. We made great use of the screened porch when we had rain showers. We cannot wait to return to Turks and Caicos and will definitely stay again at CoCo Gardens.

5 Stars!!!
My husband and I travelled to Turks and Caicos for the first time this past April, and are so thankful we stayed at CoCo Gardens! From the moment we arrived we knew this villa was well-maintained and cared for. It had all the amenities (and more!) we could have asked for. A chilled bottle of champagne welcomed us, which set the tone for the rest of our fabulous trip. This home is beautifully furnished and spacious both inside and out. We loved the gourmet indoor kitchen, the outdoor kitchen with bar/grill area, as well as the couples outdoor shower! The villa met all of our needs, right down to the free/dependable WiFi, and a local cell phone for our use. CoCo Garden's location is perfect! Centrally located minutes from Grace Bay Beach, as well as Long Bay Beach. We were close to everything we needed (grocery store, bank, wine/beer stores, etc.), as well as restaurants, bars, and local shopping. We highly recommend this rental property to anyone thinking of travelling to Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos. 5 Stars!
