Cozy 2 Bedroom Beach Town Getaway Cottage

Welcome to our adorable and charming little beach house, just moments from the sea! This extremely clean and light-filled house couldn’t be more fun and filled with whatever you might need to make your stay in beautiful Cayucos more perfect. With peeks of the ocean and the sound of the waves, it includes 2 bedrooms and a bath, a fully equipped kitchen, patio outdoor shower, completely enclosed back yard with large deck, pergola, build in BBQ, dining table, outdoor lounge.

Located close to downtown Cayucos, Circle Drive is also just two blocks to the beach at the 19th Street beach access. This beach is great for relaxing and ideal for surfing/boogie boarding while rarely crowded despite the perfect weather. If you're into running you can actually do a 10k loop from the pier all the way to Morro Rock and watch the kite surfers. It's really a little bit of paradise.

Our little retreat includes use of the cruisers (*please use the helmets provided/owner not responsible for accidents), full laundry facilities, heated outdoor shower (for getting sand off bodies/feet, wetsuits...) boogie boards, wagon, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and blanket... Single car parking in the driveway and 2 additional spots above patio. Amazing back deck/lounge area.

We are also set up to accommodate little ones, includes a high chair and pack-n-play portable crib and small table and chairs for dining.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure backyard lights are off with black remote by back door, clean and cover BBQ along with covering outdoor furniture.
Please make sure records are put away back in their sleeves.
Turn down bathroom floor heater to 45°.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
• No smoking policy is strictly enforced. If you smoke in the house you will be charged an additional $1000 cleaning fee.
• Bikes are to be used at guests own risk. Waiver must be acknowledged from welcome email to use bicycles.
• Traveler will need to answer questionnaire that was sent when booking within 48 hrs of booking.

A beautiful stay here. This house had so many wonderful amenities and helpful instructions for each. The vintage record player was a great touch. Don’t miss out on the board game closet in the master bedroom.

The house had everything we needed and just that bit more to make it more comfortable and a place for fun family meals and games in the evenings. Perfect Beach CottageIt was a great beach weekend. The beach is a quick 4 minute walk away. You can also see and hear the ocean from the house!The cottage is warm and inviting and has many great amenities: coffee bar, bikes, record player (we really enjoyed this!), heated bathroom floor, etc. Everything was clean and organized and there are outstanding directions about the cottage and amenities. Communication with Brad was easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was clean and well-provisioned. It was especially great for cooking. This is really a perfect place for summertime weather, which we did not have. But the back area looked wonderful. We did enjoy listening to the collection of vinyl records. My only negative comment is that there is not enough space in bedroom or bathroom drawers for unpacking. I realize that someone lives in this place, so that makes it more difficult for them to vacate.

Great little house. It was stocked with everything one would need. The owners thought of everything. Our kids had a house on the beach and it was an easy 5 minute walk to their house. The back deck is amazing. Actually, the whole house is. We would highly recommend it.

Brand new large back deck with ocean views, outdoor bbq island, dining table and covered pergola area with lounge seating allow you to enjoy the beautiful coastal weather while listening to the waves break. Featuring two bedrooms, a full bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, several bicycles with helmets allowing guests to explore the darling downtown. Also, an outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after playing on the beach. Just minutes to downtown Cayucos and a short trek to Morro Bay or Cambria.
