Step into this spacious Mt. Bachelor Village condo and prepare to be wowed. Enjoy sweeping views of the Deschutes River and hillside through the floor-to-ceiling windows, or from the patio and hot tub! You can sip your morning coffee listening to the river roar, the birds sing, and the wind sift through the treetops, whether the landscape is graced with muted desert hues or frosted with new snow. You and your guests will happily gather in the large living room space, with plush sofa and chairs, high ceiling, gas fireplace, wall-mounted flat screen TV/DVD, a dining table, and breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen has all you’ll need for informal dining, and you’ll love the large windows over the sink that bring nature in. The spacious bedroom is made even more open with a mirror wall and floor-to-ceiling windows. The large shared bath has a separate bedroom entrance. Walk out your door and gaze down the canyon as the wind sifts through the trees, or join the 2-mile Deschutes River Trail from the resort. Hop in the car for a five- or ten-minute drive to dozens of terrific Bend restaurants and extensive shopping at the Old Mill District or Downtown Bend. Skiing at Mt. Bachelor is 20 minutes away, and Deschutes River watersports and golf are even closer. The Mt. Bachelor Village Resort hot tubs, seasonal pool, and playground are open to you and your family!
This home can be combined with River Ridge 316B for an extra queen bedroom and full bathroom.

Beautiful Place! You Will Love the View!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The view of the land was incredible! We had a family of deer walk right up to us on the patio, too! The hot tub is secluded for privacy, which was nice. The kitchen was stocked for use, and the parking was perfect. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay a little longer. The management office was friendly and helpful as well. Just a short distance to so many things, too. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful location spacious apartment

The apartment is located quite near to 23rd street which has many restaurants and shops and in a lovely area convenient to all! We felt very safe on all counts. Becky is a pleasure to work with.

Anniversary Get-A-Way

We really enjoyed this property! It is well maintained and in a great location to downtown, golf, hiking, etc. You just can't beat walking out on your deck and seeing and hearing the Deschutes River from the canyon ridge top! We'll definitely return soon!

OK place but needs renovation

Mixed feelings about our stay. Bend is a charming city and certainly worth visiting, so 5 stars there. About Meredith Lodging experience: Positives: 1. Spacious unit with all amenities for a comfortable mutli-day stay. 2. Located in a wooded area next to the river with a nice view from the balconies. 3. Hot tub in each unit. $. Pool in the complex. Negatives: 1. About 15 minutes prior to arrival we were notified by a phone message that a different unit was assigned to us due to a broken shower door which had occurred on the day of our arrival. The new appartment was on the second floor (the original one was on the first) which turned out to be an issue (see below). Had to wait 2 more hours for the new untit to be cleaned which of course was not fun after driving 6 hours from Seattle. 2. All units have barbecues on the balconies and the folks on the first floor below us used it all the time in the evenings resulting in generous fumigation and smell of our balconies. 3. Old and worn out furniture and carpets from the 90's with a bit of mildew smell. 4. Not an walking distance from Bend although driving and parking there was not a problem, but still.

The Osprey (house) is a really great place to stay for families/groups

Super nice house, although a little beat up (e.g. shower towel bars fell off when I looked at them wrong). Great neighborhood, very nice back yard with patio (we didn't use the hot tub). Master bedroom is huge with nice en suite bath, the other rooms are good. Excellent access to Century Drive for anything related to Mt. Bachelor or the Cascade Lakes area beyond that.
