We stayed as a big family with several little kids and the home was perfect for our needs. Very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils, most of our meals were made at the home. The home is close to a pool on the property within walking distance and has access to a private beach which we really enjoyed. The host was very accommodating and his response rate was very quick. He allowed us to check out much later on our last day as we had little kids and our flight was late in the evening. Overall we had a wonderful experience and look forward to coming back again in the future.

The washer and dryer auto sensing did not work but we were able to work around it.Loved the aquatic tubes, masks, snorkels in garage which was pleasant surprise!

A Amazing place! Wish I could rate even higher! A

Wow! This place is a gem! The location is great, in a beautiful lush, quiet neighborhood - even walking the trash to the drop off site was awesome since you were seeing billions of stars and the Milky Way! There was ample space for everyone. The place was clean and had everything we needed from extra towels and many beach towels to pots and pans in the well appointed kitchen. The owner/property manager was super responsive and eash to reach via text - even after the trip when I realized I left my wallet when I was already back in NC. Super nice, super comfy, I honestly couldn't ask for a better place to stay! :)
Sunset on the large upstairs lanai.
Sunrise from the back lanai.
Sunrise from the back lanai.
Milky Way seen on the way to drop the trash - totally worth it! :)

Spacious accommodations and great location.

We stayed at this rental for almost 3 weeks and loved the location. The layout of the house was perfect for our large group and was spacious enough that we felt we all had personal space. There were plenty of towels and bedding and the house was well equipped. The only complaints were that the house could use a little TLC with the walls being painted and the carpet and furniture cleaned. Also, the patio furniture could have been more comfortable and was minimal. Knives in the kitchen could be upgraded as well as they were very dull. The pool and the fitness facilities were top notch and we loved the area. Great place for a large group.

Nice property but lacking in some essentials

Mike is a nice guy who let us check in early and was extremely responsive when we needed additional dishwasher soap. This property is large enough for 10 adults to stay but does not have enough dishes in the kitchen to support that many people easily. There are also a lot of HOA things that make the property less inviting including a gate with a code that is not easy to enter from the driver seat of your car. Overall a nice place to stay though with a pool nearby and grocery stores just down the road. But i don’t think I would return.

Fun family stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The pool and gym were just a short walk away. The beach club is just a short drive from the condo. Foodland farms was close enough to get food on the go. The open floor plan was great for family dinners and games. Unfortunately, we did have issues with plumbing in the bathrooms downstairs, so couldn’t really shower or bathe downstairs the first couple of days, until maintenance had the time to come out and fixed the issue. It was also unfortunate the the BBQ grill was not properly cleaned or ready to go. Mike did come out the next morning to resolve the issue. We also thought the drawers could’ve been cleaned out a little better. Other than that, we had a very nice stay.

Our host Mike was exceptionally, our questions were answered immediately.the rental process was so easy. He responded to my issue immediately. The condo is beautiful, stocked for our family to enjoy our meals.we had a very large family and everyone was very comfortable. Very quiet community and nice to walk around. The pool was enjoyable and close. Shopping and restaurants close to take advantage. We had two cars and got to park both at condo one in garage and the other in driveway,Having three little ones that made a difference. We had a very pleasant week and want to thank Mike for sharing this condo.we made the 2 1/2 hour drove to see the volcano unfortunately the eruption happened the next day, however got some beautiful pictures.swimming, fishing ,shopping, golf and relaxing was included in our stay.we will be back and hope you enjoy the condo as much as we did.

Great Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was beautiful and well maintained. Exactly as described and could not be happier. Great experience and would recommend to all.We brought our family of 10 (my spouse and 3 kids ages 5-10, brother his spouse and 2 kids ages 5-10, and my mother) and there was enough space for all of us. The pool was a close walk and a beach was within a 5 minute drive. The gym facilities were excellent according to my sister in law and right next to the pool. There is a local grocery store 2 minutes from the location which was convenient. Activities were all at least a 30 minute drive away but the scenery makes it all worthwhile. Check in and check out were all smooth and the property manager was responsive to inquiries. I highly recommend this location.
