We had an amazing trip at the Frio! The house had everything we needed, it was clean and organized. The hosts communicated with us and answered any and all questions we had. We loved the location of the house and how easy it was to get down to the river with the golf cart (We highly recommend bringing or renting one). We would love to come back!

Labor Day Trip

The place was great and met our needs. We came it with a large group of adults and children with plenty of space to play and park. It is walking distance to the river and lots of places near by to run and grab something at the store. We had a great time. Thank you!

Wonderful home. Nice location. We felt that for a premium price, the home should have included sheets and towels. Also should have included toilet paper, bathroom supplies, dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, and basic spices. Some of these items were provided when we arrived, but we were told we needed to provide them, so we had already bought them

Beautiful home!

We loved this house! The river was down so the back patio and pool were a major hit for us! We had 24 people in our group and this house didn’t disappoint. We were able to all comfortably be in the house without being on top of each other!

We met in college in 1995 and have been together ever since. Frio River Resorts was started by Brannon's parents nearly 20 years ago and it has been continuously Hightower-family-owned and operated the entire time, with us buying the business in 2018.

We're local and we live in Concan full-time and enjoy serving as stewards of our community with participation in local boards and volunteer organizations. You've likely seen us on River Road as you leave on Sunday supporting the Concan Volunteer Fire Department in our “Fill The Boot” fundraising campaigns, or out to eat at Neal's or House Pasture.
