The Resort on Cocoa Beach - 2 Bedroom Ocean Front

This beautiful condo is located at a very nice resort property with a large variety of guest amenities and scheduled activities.

This newly updated two bedroom condo has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. The condo sleeps up to 6 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo also features a washer and dryer. There is a TV in each bedroom and the living room. The master bathroom features a jetted tub. For families with infants and toddlers, cribs and high chairs can be provided free of charge (upon request).

The beach towel machine is located in the lobby and is accessible with your unique key wristband which is provided during check-in. Beach towels are available 24/7 at no additional charge.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly on the beach by a private vendor (hours of operation may vary). Vendor does take reservations in advance and fills up fast. Information can be provided for booking in advance, please inquire.

The property is located in central Cocoa Beach. There is a supermarket within a half mile and plenty of restaurants nearby. The convenient Cocoa Beach location brings you close to Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and within an hour from Orlando, FL.

The property features a large Outdoor Pool, jacuzzi, Sauna, Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, onsite Restaurant, Tennis, Basketball, Pool Volleyball, Shuffle Board, Ping Pong, a Game Room, Billiards, a Movie Theater, a BBQ Area, Complimentary Parking and Wi-Fi. Nearby you can enjoy surfing, golfing, kayaking, parasailing, deep sea fishing and Kennedy Space Center just to name a few!

This condo rental offers a great vacation getaway which can be as active or as relaxing as you choose to make it.

**PLEASE NOTE**
Room assignments for guests of owners will be done according to the time/date they were booked. The units will be assigned the morning of check-in day by the Front Desk. Until 10 am the desk is busy with check outs and day passes. Owner units have priority for high floors. You can register anytime after 10 am. They will call your cell phone when your assigned room is ready. If you arrive early, you are welcome to obtain a day pass to utilize the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready. Day passes can be obtained starting at 8 am.
