Pine View Holiday Rental -Emu Bay

Holiday by the beach then this house is for you. Less than a 1 minute walk to the beautiful white sand and crystal clear waters of Emu Bay beach and recreation reserve across the road.
From here enjoy swimming, fishing or sharing local food and wine with family and friends on the deck.
Pine View is a fully self contained house with all the comforts of home.
Ideal location for the perfect getaway.
Suitable for couples or a family with 2 bedrooms and a sleep out. Please note the 3rd bedroom (sleep out) is only accessible from the outside & doesn't have air-conditioning.
Sleeping up to 6 people with 1 queen size bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
Sit back and relax on the front deck after a day touring our beautiful Island.

Property facilities include: reverse cycle air conditioning (excluding the sleep out), TV & DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, convection microwave, BBQ, ample parking and all bed linen, pillows and bath towels. Please note you will need to bring shampoo, toothpaste and other toiletries with you.

Perfect relaxation

The location offered clear views of the bay and wharf and it was 2 mins walk to the beach. The food van was parked very close so snacks and light meals were available most days. Very comfortable cottage.

Serenity!

Wonderful property. Pay detailed attention to directions. We didn’t, but if we had it would have been easier to find. Many of the houses are self named so look for a sign that says Pine View. It’s also just on the right when you enter the playground parking lot. Probably one of the most peaceful places you’ll ever find! Bedrooms are a little small but sit out front at the table on the porch and just suck up that view!! Also saw both Koalas and kangaroos. HD to look a little for them but they were in the neighborhood!

Emu bay pine Cottage

The house is very close to the beach, we saw Echidna walking in front of the house evening we watched penguins over the beach it was wonderful. The house presented good but only one bathroom that was very tiny. Only master got cloth storage. Other rooms haven’t got even clothing rack. Tv there but not working ( no antenna) very old DVD collection that was for the adults. BBQ very old unusable one. Location wise very good but not worth for money

I'm pleased to hear that you enjoyed the proximity to the beach and had the opportunity to see an echidna and penguins during your stay. It's a unique and memorable experience! We regret to hear that you found some aspects of the house less than satisfactory. We take your comments seriously and will address them to ensure a better experience for our future guests. Regarding the bathroom, we understand that it is a bit on the smaller side. It is however functional with a walk in shower, hand basin and toilet. We apologize for the issue with the TV. The TV is now working with the antenna and I am only ever a phone call away for these types of minor issues. As for the BBQ, we'll certainly look into replacing or repairing it so that it can be used by our guests in the future. We understand that the location is a major attraction and we will work to ensure that the overall value for the price is more in line with our guests' expectations.

Fabulous Location - Beautiful Space

For a small family I highly recommend this place. You walk in and feel right at home with the open plan living. Great spot for a morning coffee, walk along the beach or spot of fishing off the jetty - all within a stones through of this house.

Beautiful and right on the beach

The outside look quite scary, but once the door was opened it was beautiful inside. Clean, tidy and functional. Didn’t use outside room but there was a strong smell there. Altogether really great! Thank you
