Newly renovated and upgraded to included high-end outdoor living space, large pool and access to salt marsh. Beautifully decorated, raised beachhouse, A step above the normal beach rental. Gourmet kitchen with plenty of room for large families, large family room, all bedrooms have private decks with great views on sunsets! Located directly across from restaurants, shopping, and evening entertainment. Linens (towels and sheets) are NOT provided - please reach out to the host for recommendations on linen rental companies.

Great place!

We were very impressed by this property and how gorgeous it was! It was amazing to have our own private pool with the kids. Georgia was also very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful family vacation

This beach house was super cute and functional. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Most of our time was spent in the backyard oasis although the beach is a short walk. We’ve stayed at nearby resorts in the past but will look to stay here again in the future after such a wonderful vacation.

The property itself was beautiful! The backyard oasis was wonderful! The pool was refreshing on hot days (although the pool filter was broken; therefore, it was dirty most of our trip). The table with an umbrella was wondering!The property didn't appear very clean. There were weird marks on the comforters and light switches. There was only half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no paper towels on site. We either bought or brought our own to use. The ice machine in the refrigerator did not work. Also, this home has over 50 stairs. It is not recommended for those that are not used to several flights of stairs. My mother fell and had to go to the hospital during our stay. For 3 out of 5 nights she had to stay at a hotel as she could not climb any stairs after her fall. She slipped on the inside stairs. I recommended to the host that treads or anti-slip material be placed on inside stairs as they are a slippery wood material. Additionally, the pictures are not accurate. There is only a couch and loveseat in the living room. The peach colored room does not have a chair in it. There are only 4 laying out chairs (there were 6 in the picture). Pool maintenance came during our stay as well as pest control. We were notified of pest control (which we were told would come after 10AM and came at 8:30AM) but not pool maintenance. I communicated all of these concerns with the host. She immediately messaged me back but things were either taken care of or couldn't be resolved

This home was perfect for my family. Plenty of storage for all “beachie” items! Just enough beach decorations to be comfortable but not cluttered! Table around pool was great for some shade. Great place. We all enjoyed the stay!

Great Family Vacation Stay

We loved this house! The pool was perfect for our group and the house was only a short walk from the beach. We had 4 kids under 4 and we loved that the patio had a safety gate to the pool. Georgia was very responsive when we had any questions. We recommend this place and would stay here again!

Fabulous Getaway

Four adults and four children recently stayed at this property while in town for a dance competition. The well appointed living space allowed us to truly relax when not at the Convention Ctr. The beach is an easy walk, but we found ourselves spending the most time in this property’s backyard oasis. We’d welcome the opportunity to stay again in the future!

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed at this unit for our family vacation. Great location to the beach (5 minute walk) and North Myrtle attractions. The house itself was just like the photos online and was located at the end of a quiet street (which we loved)! If any concerns/ questions came up from my families stay, Georgia was quick to respond and find a solution. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place in North Myrtle beach.

There eight of us who stayed for a week and what a wonderful time we had! The home is newly & tastefully updated with quality furnishings and the outdoor space (especially the beautiful pool) more than fits the bill. We truly hated to leave and hope to return soon. Wedding weekend June 2023

The Parents, Grandparents, Uncles and Aunts of the groom stayed here for 5 nights. House did not disappoint description and pictures were on point. Great location with very short walk to Barefoot Landing attractions and restaurants. The host was super responsive and helpful. Thank you so much!!!

The location of the home is in great proximity to the beach however, for a home that’s advertised that sleeps 12 one of the beds was a pullout chair with a filthy mattress. Also 11 out of the 12 people that were in our party ended up sick during and after Our stay. We found that the attention to detail in cleaning of the home was seriously lacking. In addition, it was impossible for all of us to sit in the living room together as there was only enough seating for half of us. The same goes with eating in the kitchen. For the price we paid we were sorely disappointed.

Hi, I have been visiting this property every year for the last 3 years and there have been some changes . There are no pool items/ beach items like floats or other items, hardly any games other than foosball table and small games. Could you more of these items. The price has gone up more than the average. No Spectrum tv included and no phone service. All linens and towels need to brought in by the renters. Other than that , we have enjoyed the property and stay. Very relaxing place and close to many attractions and restaurants. Close to beaches and pier

Cute house overall

The house, location and pool were very cute overall. Property manager was quick to respond and helpful. I can’t give this property a 5-star review though, because two days before check-in in my welcome email I then found out this home does not include linens or towels. There was no description of this anywhere on the listing, and had not been discussed in the previous 4 months I had this listing booked. I have personally never experienced this. I had to scramble to rent these items the day before arrival at an additional cost. The linens then get dropped at the door where you have to haul them up 3 stories to make all 8 beds and stock bathrooms. At the end of your stay you have to again strip every room and put bagged linens back outside. For the cost of a fully furnished rental, this felt like a chore. Had I known this upfront, maybe I would of felt different so I could prepare.

This was a beautiful home, inside and out. We did get to utilize the pool area although still a little chilly in early April. Close to the beach, restaurants, attractions and Golf!! Couldn't recommend this home more.

Great Stay!

Easy check in and out. Home was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Ample deck space to sit outside and relax. Beautifully landscaped backyard with a pool. Home is located on a quiet street just a short walk to the beach and close to all the shopping and restaurants you need. The host Georgia was quick to reply to any questions I had. Had plenty to offer. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed walking down to the ice cream shop for a treat. Enjoyed the dock for fishing with the kids. House was well equipped. Georgia was quick to respond each time.

Definitely a Home Away from Home!

Our stay was quite enjoyable. The property is very well kept, nicely decorated, in a quiet location, with lots of amenities that you will most likely find in your own home. The only critique would be to have what's not provided spelled out more clearly, as none of were able to find it in the description. If we would've known we had to bring linens and towels, we would have. That aside, our stay was amazing, and this place is definitely on our list to book again!
