You're within walking distance to everything in the Nye Beach district of Newport. Discover Nye Beach's historic charm, book stores, shops and restaurants. Walk to all of this as well as miles of sandy beach. The renowned Oregon Coast Aquarium and Yaquina Bayfront tourist district are just a short drive away. In downtown Newport you'll find many more shops and restaurants.

The view from the condo was great. The oven was out of order and there was no barbeque so cooking was not really an option, unless you wanted to use the stovetop. Although the unit was clean, it is in need of paint, especially the woodwork. Some of the furniture could use updating. The unit had two bathrooms and that was a plus.

Wonderful experience! Great location and views. Property Manager was easy to access, answered all of my questions and was very pleasant. Condo was clean with great amenities. Bed was super soft and comfy, the electric fireplace was a perfect touch and the views, I can’t say enough about the views!! We would definitely recommend this condo and we will most definitely rent it again!

The location was great and the condo was comfortable and reasonably clean but was short on some of the amenities most places offer like kleenex and kitchen cabinet supplies--coffee, oil and basic spices. Being expected to strip the sheets off the bed was a surprise when you pay a cleaning fee, and there was a fee to check out later than 10:00.

We do not provide perishable goods to renters, but do supply renters with a starter soap/paper goods kit. We'll speak to housekeeping about their missed mark here, we apologize for that. Regarding the checkout checklist, we don't require it of renters. Our cleaning fee covers professional cleaning, but we do ask guests to strip beds at checkout to help our housekeeping team if they have time. I’m sorry that wasn’t clear, we'll work on adjusting our messaging to clarify that. Outdated decor. Oven not working. Light Bulb missing in bathroom. Lamp in living room bare bulb no shade. Blankets had holes in them. Check out at 10am...its normally 11am. I sent pictures of the above items to Meredith Lodging . Floors are beautiful, view is perfect and close to shops/within walking distance.
