Had an enjoyable family stay

We stayed as a family of 5 for 8 nights at the end of tour around south Florida. Villa was great, clean tidy and well equipped. Owner was super nice and really responsive to an any questions. The area and gated community/location were perfect. More than happy with our stay.

A great home for our winter stay

The owner was very great to communicate with ...from booking to arrival at her home. She made it easy to work with. The home was perfect for us. We enjoyed no back door neighbors and super quiet neighborhood. The heated pool was a plus. The property managers, Jana and Petra, were the best. Responded to requests promptly. They were the best property managers we've had in all the years of renting homes in Davenport. We have already booked this home for next year. Thanks for an excellent stay!

Nice Davenport ranch house

Interior of house was very clean, the Lanai area was nice as well. Some very minor maintenance items could use attention. This property is booked already for the dates we are interested in for 2025....would be interested in another of similar style, location and quality.

not 15 minutes to disney. Needs some updates. Not a bad place to stay but 40 min from disney and universal. Kate is very easy to work with. Friendly and prompt in answering questions.

Hi Angie, thanks for your valuable review. Our house is 15miles away from Disney World. It takes about 15~20 mins without traffic, and with traffic it's really hard to estimate.

Perfect Get Away!

We did a few days of Disney and a few relaxing days. This house was perfect for our group of 7! We had 4 kids and 3 adults and all enjoyed the house. Plenty of space to spread out and we used the pool a lot! This house is around 20 mins to Disney and it was easy to get to and from the parks and Disney Springs. There are plenty of local grocery stores and restaurants with in a short drive. We enjoyed coming back from a busy day to enjoy our own space to relax and use the hot tub after the kids went to bed. The owner and property manager are easy to work with. Great communication and the house is well taken care of.

Nice retreat

We stayed for two months at this property and we were very happy with the setup. It was a very comfortable place and it had a great pool with plenty of outdoor furniture to make it really enjoyable. We were disappointed there wasn’t a grill like the amenities stated but guess the guests weren’t cleaning it so they didn’t replace when it got too bad to salvage. But other than that the. home was well stocked in the kitchen and plenty of pool towels. . The management and owners were quick to respond to any questions we had . It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood which was nice to come home to after driving on interstate 4! We’d recommend this place for couples or families.

Stayed here for first week of two week holiday in Orlando. Whilst the property has a good layout we felt it was a little tired and not as clean as expected. Main bedroom carpets grubby with stains and outdoor pool furniture also pretty old and not in great condition. Communication with the owner prior to arrival was also not great as had to chase for all check in information up the day before travel. Nice area but slightly disappointed in the overalll quality of our stay.

Wouldn’t stay here again! Infested with bugs!!!!

We were pleased upon arrival with the easy check in and the layout of the home & pool. However we quickly discovered the entire home was infested with small bugs & cockroaches. There were ants crawling up the door frames, all over the floors, on every counter top and inside the kitchen drawers & tables. We found several cockroaches throughout our stay as well. The pool deck was extremely dirty and also covered in tiny ants. We realize it’s Florida and there will be bugs but I’ve never seen anything like this in our 7 prior trips at other vacation homes. We had to go out and buy cleaner to wash down several areas of the home. Wasn’t a very pleasant stay!

Great Location however needs a lot of work to upgrade.

The villa location was perfect for us,we have stayed in this area various times and it is great for commute to parks. However the Villa itself requires upgrading and the photos are not a true reflection of what you get, the property is dated with varying degrees of damage noted, the games room is a joke, unable to use throughout our stay the worse games room i have ever seen in 20 plus years of renting Villas. The patio doors were unable to lock and a curtain pole was used to close door. Upon complaining to the owner the property manager ( owners friend) rapaired the lock.All other issues were left and put down to wear and tear.pool was clean on arrival but never serviced in the 3 weeks we stayed. I will be spending my hard earned money elsewhere next year, there are much better Villas in West Haven for the money. I have numerous photographs of the actual Accommodation you will be getting if required. Overall great location but very poor quality Villa.

Fabulous stay

We had a great week. The house and pool are gorgeous and all super clean. We opted for heat for the pool and we were in it constantly. All essential amenities were provided. It’s in a totally safe gated community a short drive from many shops and all types of restaurants. 30 minutes from Orlando airport. Kate responded within less than an hour in response to any questions we had and Jana, the Property Manager came by and left us her cellphone. We would absolutely rent again here next time we want a perfect vacation.

Excellent owner and property

We stayed for 15 nights at this beautiful property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We love the championsgate area which is 2 minutes up the road with lots of restaurants and shops and the west haven community is great for families. The villa owners were so helpful and were very quick to respond to any queries. Bed in the master is the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in! Will definitely be staying again.

Lovely villa in safe gated community

Great communications booking and payment. Villa is in cul de sac in gated community near all routes to Orlando attractions and beyond. Spotlessly clean and well furnished. Highly recommended
