Lovely location. Everything was well organised and the property had everything we needed. The garden needs a bit of love and attention but I'm sure that is a difficult thing to keep up with!

Thanks so much for your feedback, Ruth! We’re really glad you enjoyed the location and found the property well set up for your stay. We’re looking after the garden as best we can, but yes, it’s always a bit tricky. It was a pleasure hosting you!
We had a lovely relaxing stay, walking the dog to the nearby cafe for a cuppa and dog treat as well as along the front taking in the sunrise and sunset...

Hello Sadie! We are absolutely delighted by your review! It's tail-waggingly awesome to hear that you and your furry friend had a blast exploring our fantastic location. Thank you for sharing your adventure and relaxation with us! Can't wait to roll out the welcome mat for you and your pup again soon. Safe travels!
great location, grounds needed some maintenance including weeds and lawn. Bed was only a double, not queen as advertised, and limited drying space for washing. Overall very clean, comfortable and quiet

Thanks for your feedback, Lel! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found the property clean, comfortable, and quiet.
We’ll definitely take a look at the grounds and make sure maintenance is up to scratch with the lawn and weeds. Apologies for the mix-up with the bed size; we’ll double-check the listing to make sure everything’s accurate. We also appreciate your note on drying space and will see how we can improve that for future stays.
Thanks again for staying with us, and we’d love to welcome you back next time!
Great. Although dog friendly the fencing is inadequate to contain most dogs. Ours could have slipped through and larger dogs would not have to great escapologist.

Reviewer Comments:
Our stay at your simple yet cosy retreat was just as I’d hoped for.Still quite cold during September, the fire was gorgeously warm and when not being used, the reverse aircon made the inside climate very comfortable. My daughters loved the games available and the stream with waterfall made for a daily activity. The bustling waterfront with many locals walking daily was enticing to join in on. A hiccup with the hot water running out from an empty gas bottle was quickly rectified by the prompt support of management.Perhaps the only negative was an early rising from the noisy birds on galvanised roof.Overall we loved our stay and look forward to staying again!Thank you from myself and my three daughters, Kate 😊
My partner and I had a lovely stay here with our old dog. It's a great location for walking along the waterfront. There was only one wine glass and no champagne flutes but hopefully this will be rectified.

Hi Rowena, I agree! The wine glass must be rectified if there's a lovely couple at the property. We'd love to make things right for you, and sure enough, the assigned team will be informed. In the meantime, I want to extend our sincerest appreciation to your comments here, it makes all the effort worthwhile especially during peak season. Take care!
Lovely little cottage with comfy bed, beautiful views, lots of walking paths to the town and good yard space for our dog

Hi Emily, Thank you for your review of our beautiful holiday home. I am very happy to hear that our team and service met your needs and expectations. Hope to see you again soon!
An excellent location and property for a relaxing and easy going holiday. Great views and a really well equipped accommodation. We spent time together as a family and 'getting into town' to go shopping or get a coffee was too easy. A great spot.

Not a queensize bed, water issues
This place is cute but it missed the mark for us on a number of issues. The bed is only a double not a queen like the advert states. My husband is 6foot4 and he was very uncomfortable. You can't flush the toilet if you're in the shower, it actually shuts off the water completely because there doesn't seem to be enough water for both. We were supplied with 2 x brand-new brown towels (not washed) that left brown fluff all over us. There were broken pot plants in the yard so this place isn't great for kids either. On the positive side the breakfast supplies were appreciated and it was clean - but I wouldn't book it again and I wouldn't recommend it to others at this price point either.
