Built in 1942 in classic Beverly Hills ranch style, the home has been returned to its Mid-Century roots with the home upgraded inside and outside, while maintaining it's historical pedigree. Custom luxurious and contemporary furnishings also complement the original architecture.

PARKING:

We or our local agent will welcome you, show you around the property and have you sign the City of Palm Springs paperwork (if not signed prior to your stay - this is a City of Palm Springs requirement).

The agent will also deal with any issues you may have, and check you out at the end of your stay.

The house is well suited to having a chef come and cook dinner in the home for the house-guests for an evening, with its chef’s kitchen, all-clad utensil, double ovens and double dish-washers.

There is also a large grill outside the kitchen on side patio.

Additional cleaning services/linen changes may also be booked for a fee for during your stay, should you require these.

Great Getaway!
The house is spacious, beautiful, and well equipped. Everything was clean and easy to use/access. My partner and I stayed for two weeks with a few other couples, and we had a great time. Each bedroom with its own bathroom made for plenty of privacy and personal space when needed, and the large common spaces with ample seating were great group settings. The pool is HUGE and, like everything else on the property, very well maintained. The owner of the property was quick to respond to texts, was always professional and kind, and provided outstanding guest support during our stay. In fact, he was the best property owner I’ve ever dealt with. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation
Our family had an amazing time at this lovely home in Old Las Palmas. The house was over the top, well appointed and perfect for our family's week long stay. Communication with owners, Anthony and Geno was flawless. Rudy was great to work with and gave us many fun suggestions of things to do. The home is close to many shops and restaurants as well as a great neighborhood to walk around. We hope to return on our next Palm Springs visit.

This fabulous house was perfect for our family of ten. Kitchen was very well appointed. Back yard was beautiful with stunning views of the mountain. The pool, hot tub and Firepit were all used daily. Fun and fabulous house!!

Spring Break in Old Las Palmas
The simplest way to describe this property is Top-notch! This house isn't your standard rental house, with beat-up cheap furnishings. It is decorated with high-end simplicity in mind. From all the sofas and chairs, furniture and bed linens, to the kitchen equipment and utensils, everything was of the best quality. With that said, we had 3 younger kids (10) and we didn't feel like we couldn't let them enjoy the space. It is still very user friendly. We took care of it like we would our own home. The property itself is setup well for 2 families, with master bedrooms on either wing and every room with its own bathroom, you can't beat that setup. As nice as the inside of the house is, the outside is equally nice, and user friendly. The pool is large with an actual deep-end (10ft). The outdoor space has multiple areas to sit or lounge with plenty of seating and covered areas or umbrellas. The landscaping in the back and the front is pristine. Lastly, the location of this property is outstanding. The neighborhood it's in is very nice and super quiet. It is within walking distance to some of the downtown locations that we enjoy. Rudy was a very welcoming concierge and gave us some great local info for hikes and restaurants. He was was also quick to come by and help us out with a couple questions we had the first day we were there. We would definitely rent this home again, it's absolutely superb. My husband and I live on the east coast and we recently purchased 201 W Vereda Norte as a retirement home for us given that Palm Springs has 350 days of sunshine a year - this was important to me being originally from Ireland where we get a lot of rain!

Why they chose this property

Expansive estate, sympathetically remodeled inside with gorgeous gardens back and front. Total privacy behind walls and hedges. All this in addition to its location in uptown Palm Springs made us fall in love with it. The pool and spa area are very spacious and the pool is large with built in seating. The 1/2 acre allowed us to create numerous seating and lounging areas throughout the property, back and front.

The inside design is great with a large chef's kitchen, large living area and all the bedrooms are spacious.
