It was a very cozy stay; we felt right at home. We didn't need a thing, as the house has it all. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of nearby options, and the owner, Charlie, always answered our questions quickly. We recommend it 100%.

Very nice home. Pool was awesome! My husband and son in law loved fishing of the dock! Had a hiccup with the pool. Homeowner responded very quickly and issue was resolved fast. We really enjoyed our stay!

Charlie & Elena’s home was perfect for our annual girl’s trip. Communication was thorough & prompt regarding any questions we had. Quiet neighborhood, very friendly neighbor across the street & beautiful pool. The rental price was reasonable & I would not hesitate to stay here again and/or recommend it to others.

The house needs a lot of updating. The kitchen is very old, the paint on the cabinets had been painted and now the old paint is showing through. Old laminate countertops, everything was old. Bathrooms also need updating, especially the master bathroom.

The home was clean upon arrival and stocked well. The pool was great and rhe home is in a relaxing environment. It's also located within less than a mile from a major thoroughfare and easy to get around to shopping, restaurants and bars. Also wuthin 15-20 minutes to tge Punta Gorda airport. I would highly recommend this home for your next visit to Port Charlotte.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was as advertised and more! We spent lots of time relaxing by the pool and loved the close proximity to the airport and any shopping we needed. Would definitely visit again!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! Directions to the house were accurate and easy to follow. The check in process was flawless and communication with the host was answered promptly.
