Welcome to Sunnyside

Villa Sunnyside is a luxurious waterfront vacation home with spacious heated pool and outdoor jacuzzi under palm trees. Beautiful sunny garden on the canal with private boat dock and within a minute by boat to the Caloosahatchee River and access to the Gulf of Mexico without bridges or locks. All shopping and recreational facilities around the corner. Sunnyside is a spacious, modern building which offers generous open living, cathedral ceilings and friendly decorated rooms. This beautiful, modern house has an airy feeling and makes it a great value for up to 8 guests on two floors. The large open gourmet kitchen features an island with all appliances and offers an adjacent dining area and bar. Sunnyside sleeps up to 8 and has 4 bedrooms, featuring 3 king and 2 full beds. The master bedroom has a luxurious en suite bathroom with large shower and bathtub and two separate walk-in closets for him and her. 5 TV sets (no cable TV), and 5.1 surround sound music equipment in living room allow for perfect entertainment. High-speed wireless internet throughout the house. Outdoor living includes the large, covered dining area with barbecue grill and several sitting areas next to the custom-built pool and by the dock. The generous, lush garden offers an amazing atmosphere and is very inviting to either relax or take a swim in the heated pool. Or will you rather go on a boat ride to the nearby beaches? From the private boat dock with its 12,000-pound capacity boat lifts, it is only 900 feet to the river without bridges or locks.
The house is located in the idyllic Sunset Cove area of Fort Myers, on the river side of McGregor Boulevard and yet only a 25-minute drive by car from Fort Myers International Airport (RSW) and very near to all your shopping needs, including the well-known Bell Tower Shops and the Rutenberg Park with free all-day tennis courts and the closest golf course, Fort Myers Country Club, are both just five minutes away.

I stayed here from Nov 29th- Dec 5th with my Husband and 3 kids (ages 18, 11, and 8) along with my mom and my in laws. All of us had a wonderful time. The backyard is an oasis that you never want to leave. Keeping the pool heated and the hot tub filled and hot was a little tricky at first but once we got the hang of this it was heaven. We usually stay right on Ft. Myers beach so I was a little concerned about this location, but we were within 15 minutes of the beach so this was perfect! We went up to Captiva for dinner one night and this was a beautiful drive and so fun to visit this island. My son loved fishing off of the dock in the back yard. He caught a few fish and even a stingray! We saw dolphins swimming in the canal one morning too! We wanted to rent a boat while we were there and when I made the reservation I mentioned this. Within a few hours I had 2 emails from local boat companies. We ended up going with Rainbow Boat rentals and they were fabulous to work with too! WE would definitely refer any of our family or friends to Vesteva. We ALL had a fabulous time! Everyone that I worked with was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Justin was available for any questions I had regarding the hot tub and swimming pool and Vaness answered my email within minutes regarding more towels.

Good for Family Thanksgiving

This home was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday near family in Fort Myers. A well-stocked kitchen was helpful for holiday cooking. Home information should disclose that one of the bathrooms (with shower) is accessed only via the pool area so is not convenient to the second bedroom on the main level. Also the paper products and soaps supplied were very minimal.
