An amazing spot where you can walk to the beach or drive a few minutes to Newburyport shopping. It was perfect for our small children, highly recommend it.

We loved bing so close to the water! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Nice to have 1.5 bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms.

If you want to go to the beach this is the place for you. Walk right out the back door and cross the road to a pretty quiet beach. Short drive to the cute town of Newburyport (15ish minutes) and 25

The property is beautiful & located between the ocean & the Merrimac river. Easy to get to other wonderful areas. Newburyport, Salisbury, New Hampshire and Maine.
Just had a great stay at this property with our three young kids. The location couldn’t have been more perfect - steps from the beach and a playground! The property was absolutely adorable and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

The place was adorable. Great little park just outside the back door, so close, as was the beach. The vacation was so enjoyable for all three generations.
Grill and picnic table were especially nice.

The property was nice and very comfortable, the location was fantastic and the hosts were extremely accommodating and communicative. The owners who live upstairs were very nice - waving down from their balcony to let us know to tell them if we need anything. We had a great stay and wanted for nothing. Would stay again! The proximity to the beach and nature preserve is perfect.

It was just ok for the money, overpriced for sure. Not a beach area its a river area. Front door did not lock from the inside and code on the door didnt work. Had to get the keys out of a lock box in the dark. Living room only had a 2 person love seat and a chair , no sofa . We had 4 adults so it wasnt very comfortable. Pictures look better than it actually was.

We liked the configuration of 3 bedrooms and having 1.5 bathrooms, perfect for us as grandparents with two grandchildren. We loved being able to walk right down to the beach at any time. Low tide was especially interesting. Short drive to other beach and Parker Reserve was wonderful.

The house is perfect. Very clean, stocked with everything you will need, and plenty of space for your own belongings. It is in a great location - just steps away from the beach. Also a short walk to other beach access points, which are also great to check out. Sean is a wondering host - very responsive to any needs or questions.

Great place to stay - clean, relaxing, nice location
PRO's :
* communication from property mgmt. - perfect instructions on parking, accessing door lock, etc. emailed a few times during our stay to make sure everything was good and if we had any questions.
* the house was very clean & organized
* access to the beach right out the back door and instant access to the road on/off the island
* neighbors and all near properties were nice and also very quiet - barely any noise aside from the occasional car passing by
* comfortable furniture/beds, plenty of room in kitchen and large refrigerator

We looked at some options for staying in this area and this was the best value we found. Would definitely recommend staying here!
We enjoyed a long weekend at the end of September. There were 3 of us having a girls weekend. There was plenty of space, very clean, comfortable mattresses, everything you need in the kitchen. The unit has been fully updated. The area is quiet and we rode bikes all over. We’d get an Uber to town to go out for dinner and shop. We had a chilly weekend, but we still walked over to the beach anyway. We had a really nice time.

The house at plum island is very clean and so cute. Very well maintained. We had some issues with the door code not working and right after I sent an email my phone rang and management was calling to help us with our issue. Very responsive and easy to get a hold of if an issue which really impressed me. We are already planning on booking for next year :)
