A fabulous four bedroom 2.5 bath home in quiet refined community of Crown Pointe Naples Florida. House has private solar heated pool on great fishing lake.
This home is 10 minutes from downtown Naples and 5th avenue shops, fine dining restaurants and Naples pristine white sand beaches.
Fully equipped, this four bedroom 2.5 bath home has it all! Beautifully decorated and recently updated, with spacious living areas, a large Natuzzi Italsofa leather sectional seating has room for you to relax.
1 king-size master bedroom with seating area, walk in closet and en suite bathroom.
2 separate queen bedrooms with private bath and a 4th bedroom with pull out sofa gives you privacy and comfort throughout.
All rooms equipped with flat screen wall mounted TVs; living room has a 50 inch Samsung smart TV with internet.
Premium leather seating and a separate special reading room for those who seek a quiet sunny room for lazy reading and relaxing.
A wonderful covered lanai and screen enclosed solar heated pool and sunbathing area overlooking the beautiful lake and tropical gardens.
Bring nothing but your swimsuits we provide all towels ,linens and every room has luxurious 100% cotton spa robes. Premium 100% cotton linen sheets and down alternative all season comforters. Our mattresses are encased in dustproof/mite proof/bedbug proof zippered enclosures for your protection.
There are bikes, tennis racquets, Golf clubs, beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella.
Besides the private house pool there is a fully equipped clubhouse with an Olympic sized year-round heated pool, gym, sauna and tennis courts.

a recent $20,000 refurbishment of the pool and lanai cage was completed in October 2022.

We have several lakes in the community and our lake is wonderful for bass fishing, we have even caught snook in it!
We are 4 miles from the famous 5th avenue south and 3rd street.

Aldos restaurant for fine dining (is in the same center as Publix) also Tacos and Tequila, Starbucks, subway and a Chinese takeout, nail salon, hairdressers, bank, atm and postal service.

If you are coming by private plane we are 5 minutes from Naples APF airport.
Premium cable TV and hi speed Wi-Fi throughout and laptop computer.

This house is barrier free and has a walk in shower for ease of use for people with
mobility difficulties.

Can I say enough about Julie‘s great host was very attentive whenever we called she immediately picked up the phone and got back with us and also the property manager. Ashley was great. Just to give you an idea we asked if she had a steamer which she did not for clothes and she went out and bought one and had it ready when we checked in. We will definitely return beautiful house well maintained an excellent host!!

Superb House

Best VRBO yet. Julie and Ashley were amazing. House was spotless when we arrived. They left many things, including food and items you need to start your stay. Both Julie and Ashley response time was so quick and always assisted with everything. Most times this had nothing to do with the house. When we arrived we had a difficult time turning on the tv. Ashley was over very quickly to show us how to operate it and at the same time talked to us about things to do and see in Naples as it was our first visit. Ashley suggested some of her favourite restaurant which we did try and they were great. I would for sure stay here again. Thanks for everything Julie and Ashley.

Great stay

This is the 3rd time renting this home. The pool and pool deck have been redone and they look fabulous. Everything you’ll need is at the house. If it was available, I would rent it again in a heartbeat. Julie is great to work with. Fishing is good as well!

Very nice property

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Very nice amenities, large house and great outdoor area with heated pool. The owners made this house very comfortable and added a lot of nice touches. They were very helpful and responsive throughout. They even included some starter food in the fridge for our arrival and fresh flowers! The neighborhood is also very nice, safe and great for walking or jogging. The beach and downtown Naples are only an easy 10 min. drive away. Overall a very nice property, we had a great time.

Excellent home for a vacation

My sisters and our elderly father spent a week in this house in early February. My parents wintered in Naples for 25 yrs so we were familiar with the area. This house exceeded our high expectations. It is a beautiful house furnished and supplied with anything you could possible need. We were greeted with fresh flowers, a chilled bottle of wine and a few grocery staples to get us by until we could go shopping. We used the bicycles and beach chairs provided, but also supplied were golf clubs, children's car seats and even two comfortable spa-quality robes in each closet! The beautiful pool area included a table for 6 where we enjoyed meals outside, as well as seating for 10 and a gas grill in the lounge area. I plan another visit to this home with my husband in November, as well as coming again with my sisters for our annual February trip to Naples.

Crown Point House

This house was amazing it was located centrally to everything we wanted. The house is large, very clean and inviting, the pool was great when the weather allowed swimming. Julie was very accommodating with any of our questions. We would definitely rent here again!

Fantastic

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. Everything you could need is provided. The pool is great. Dealing with Julie & Ashley was lovely. Julie let us check in early a as well . Fishing the lake was fun . They provide plenty of fishing gear. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely rent this house again!

We had a very fun stay. This is a great home in a great location. We especially enjoyed the heated pool, nearby activity center, well equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and bicycles. We have rented many houses in the past, this one is the best so far. It met all our expectations for comfort, cleanliness, quiet neighbourhood in our favourite part of Naples. The clubhouse with its excellent gym was an added bonus. Hope to return next winter.

We absolutely loved the house and surrounding area!

We had a blast! We stayed the week of the 4th of July and the firework show was amazing. The house is very clean and accommodating! Julie the owner is very quick to respond to questions. The pool was great! We will definitely be staying again!
