Vast Sky Mountain View Studio located just North of Downtown Asheville Walking!!

Ample sized lower level studio featuring fantastic views of our Western North Carolina mountains and downtown Asheville's growing skyline. Our home is close to the many things that make Asheville one of the BEST CITIES to live and visit. The legendary Grove Park Inn, Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge Parkway, River Arts District, French Broad River, Pisgah National Forest, NC Arboretum, and that's just a quick fly by!

Keypad entry. Queen Bed. Sofa is a Twin XL for additional traveller, we also offer a complimentary Pack N Play as well. Linens included during your stay. We offer coffee and tea for Keurig with creamer and sweetener. Mini fridge. Dinnerware for your take-out meals. Glassware for your wine, local brews, and distillery finds to enjoy on outdoor living area.

You'll have the entire lower level studio all to yourselves. Also the lower deck outdoor living space is there for you to enjoy light refreshments or some local take out! Parking is a few steps to the keyless entry for ease of unpacking your things after what may have been a long drive. Come unwind in our Asheville home! You are most welcome!

We will be available via text throughout your stay. We will respect your privacy, but would be happy to talk and provide tips and suggestions anytime. you'd like.

We do live upstairs and have three lovely dogs. We will do our best to keep the noise to a minimum as much as possible with the normal everyday of living life. And our pups are like any typical dogs, at first they may bark when they hear a car door close, but once they acclimate they are fine.

The Grace Neighborhood is quiet and walkable. The Grove Park Inn is a 15 minute walk, The Botanical Gardens at Asheville is a 10 minute walk, Asheville Pizza and Brewing Company is a 5 minute walk, Luella's BBQ is a 10 minute walk, and several tasty frozen dessert options are all within minutes walk or drive. Driving is easy in this town but we suggest visiting some places on foot if your able. There are sidewalks in most of Asheville as well as a bus system. Uber and Lyft also operate here. There is parking for 1-2 average size vehicles, or 1 large vehicle.

My partner and our 3 children live in the upstairs of our home. We have lived in Asheville for the past 20 years and really love raising our kids here. Our kids are 7, 9, and 11 years old. We, as a family, love to travel and see new places every chance we get. When we are not traveling we are rafting the rivers, swimming in the waterfalls, or walking to the Brew and View for pizza, beer, and a movie.

We purchased this home for the view. This location is close to everything we need. We can walk to almost anything we could ever want.

What makes this property unique

Something that we didn't anticipate when we purchased this home was the wildlife. We have seen wild turkeys, bears, and a verity of beautiful birds from our front porch.
